I purchased a Groupon for a hotel stay in Galveston, TX with order number #[redacted] under the name A.V. Our check-in on March 5th was smooth, but the hotel charged my card $93 recently despite already paying with a discounted Groupon. They initially held $50 as a cover charge, which was refunded later. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel about the unexpected charge, they keep putting us on hold for 20 minutes before promising callbacks that never happen. We feel stuck as we were double-charged and feel ignored by the hotel in resolving the issue. The timing of this charge, one month after our stay, is also confusing. I purchased a Groupon voucher for sclerotherapy treatments with Dr. Quinn for $[redacted]. I contacted the office before my cancer treatment began to confirm they would honor the coupon later, which they confirmed. When I tried to book now that I am healthy, I was informed they no longer offer the service and didn't receive payment from Groupon. However, Groupon still lists Dr. Quinn for sclerotherapy. Despite my coupon stating that the service has no expiration, I am unable to redeem it. I want to resolve this with a real person as I feel stuck without a solution. Hello, I purchased the Bamboo Microfiber Queen sheet set on March 27th through Groupon. I intended to use the SPRING promotion code, but there was no option to enter it, and the order went through automatically as my card details were saved. Additionally, I realized I could have saved $5.00 if I had ordered through my phone instead of online on my laptop after receiving the confirmation email from Groupon. I believe I am entitled to a refund of $5.00.

I want to warn everyone about the massage deal at $30 for 60 minutes from Great Hands Massage. I received it as a gift from my future mother-in-law and wanted to check the reviews. Many complaints mention that the therapist only communicates through text, doesn't answer messages, and a significant problem is that the Groupon certificate shows as "redeemed" even if it hasn't been used. I encountered the same issue - my voucher was marked as redeemed within two days of getting it, even though I hadn't used it or contacted the therapist. To confirm, I called to schedule an appointment and discuss the certificate problem. The therapist responded unprofessionally, acknowledging the issue and advising me to just text him my details. I followed his instructions, but he read my message and never replied. Similar experiences were shared in other reviews. It's disappointing and feels like a scam. My mother-in-law deserves a refund.

I bought two Groupons for parking on March 16 but couldn't use them due to the St. Patrick's Day parade blocking access to one garage. I had to park at a nearby one. Requesting a refund for the unused Groupon ($36) and the amount spent on the alternative parking at Millennium Park garage. The second Groupon for parking near Willis Tower was also unused due to crowded cellular networks affecting its redemption. Unable to access the Groupon for Willis Tower parking resulted in missing out on that parking spot too. Asking for a refund or $15 reimbursement for the parking fee paid. The item I was expecting never arrived. According to the tracking information, it was marked as delivered at 5:58 pm, but I never received it. Earlier, around 4 pm, I saw a USPS truck outside my house. I waited for the truck to leave, anticipating my package, but the driver left without making a delivery. Despite the tracking saying it was delivered to my mailbox (that I don't have), there is no package in sight. I suspect the USPS driver may have forgotten to deliver my package and marked it as delivered to save time. It's frustrating because I have received other packages without issue recently.

I encountered a problem with Groupon. Twice we were charged for items we did not order, totaling nearly $[redacted] the first time and $87 this time, resulting in our bank card being disabled when we requested a refund. We are left without access to our funds for the next 7 to 10 days. This situation stems from Groupon offering items I did not purchase on my phone. While I understand the card issue is not directly your fault, the consequences are severe. I have deleted Groupon and will be cautious about using it again. I haven't used Groupon in a while, but recently I received an email about a purchase that I did not make. The email indicates that £85 will be deducted from my account, which I did not authorize. When I tried to access the Groupon app, I encountered login issues. After attempting a password reset, I received messages stating that my email was not registered, even though I received a purchase confirmation on that same email. I purchased a Groupon for a service at Carolina Reflexology but have been unable to schedule an appointment despite multiple attempts over three weeks. I have left voicemails and sent emails, but no one has responded. I have called different locations and left messages there as well, but still no luck. Due to the difficulty in getting a response, I would like to request a full refund from Groupon. I purchased a haircut deal from Toni and Guy through Groupon, and it's been the worst experience. As a single father, saving money is crucial to support my family, so I rely on Groupon for haircuts. Working six days a week, my only day off is Saturday, yet Toni and Guy's policy of not allowing student stylists to work on Saturdays makes it impossible for me to book an appointment. Despite waiting for hours when I arrive at 9am, they never manage to fit me in. It's been incredibly frustrating trying to schedule a haircut with them. I suggest updating the Groupon deal to reflect these limitations and the inability to pre-book appointments. I am hoping for a refund so I can get a haircut elsewhere.

I recently stayed at the London Elizabeth hotel through a Groupon booking for my 70th birthday. The experience was disappointing with poor conditions in the basement room including peeling wallpaper, cracked washbasin, and rusty taps. After requesting a room change, the new one was slightly better but still had electric issues that needed fixing multiple times. Hello, I am seeking a full refund for two BB Spa & Boutique coupons I acquired on March 10th and 11th. These coupons were for a Fat Flush or Colon Hydrotherapy priced at $20 and $25 each. Upon our arrival at the business today, they declined to honor the coupon for Colon Hydrotherapy, insisting on an extra $45 per person. I purchased one for myself and one for my daughter, Destiny Powell. I reached out to BB Spa & Boutique via text and booked appointments for today, March 10, [redacted], at 10AM & 11AM. Upon arrival, we were asked to complete health history paperwork, fitted with gowns, and then informed by Stacey that the advertised price on Groupon was solely for the Fat Flush, not the Colon Hydrotherapy as specified. Stacey claimed it was a misprint by Groupon. She offered the Colon Hydrotherapy at an additional $45 per person, which contradicted the Groupon ad. I highlighted to her that the Groupon coupon clearly stated Colon Hydrotherapy without any mention of the Fat Flush. Stacey insisted on the extra charge or suggested requesting a refund from Groupon. I bought a One 60-Minute Deep Tissue Massage deal at Active Lifestyle Therapy & Massage through Groupon on Jan 17, [redacted]. After leaving a voicemail requesting an appointment, I haven't received a callback. My Groupon account shows the deal as redeemed, even though I haven't used it and wasn't able to print the voucher due to a printer issue. How can I obtain a copy of my voucher or at least the voucher number to contact Active Lifestyle Therapy & Massage for scheduling? I'm confused about why Groupon shows it as redeemed when I haven't used it yet.

I had a disappointing experience at Euran Salon for a gel manicure and regular pedicure in NYC. The quality of service was poor, and the receptionist was unfriendly. My nails have chipped and grown out within a week, not meeting my expectations. Despite requesting cuticle trimming and nail painting to the bed, these services were not performed properly. I recently purchased a package at Solange International Hair Salon in Old Town, Alexandria, VA for a "haircut and single process color with conditioning treatment and blow dry" using Groupon number [redacted]. During my appointment today, I encountered an issue with Pam, the owner and my hairstylist, regarding additional charges for the length of my hair and the interpretation of single process color.
