I had bought a groupon for a hotel in Galveston TX (order ***********) under the name Aidan Vrazel. We checked into the hotel on (March *th) and everything went smoothly. They made Aidan put his card on file which is understandable because there was a $** cover charge that was later refunded. However, Aidan just got a $** charge on his card from the hotel. Which is more than what I paid since I got a discount on Groupon. We tried contacting the hotel five different times and each time they put us on hold and after waiting **min they say they will call us back and never do. We don’t know what to do about this issue and we were hoping you could help. Essentially we got double chargered for the room and the hotel is not helping or working towards fixing this issue. Also, why would they charge his card a month after we stayed there? It doesn’t make sense and we need this issue to be fixed. I greatly appreciate any help that you guys can provide.
