I think it’s very wrong that this Ireland trip for $*** showed availability and if it was available I should be given it at that price because of your inability to presidents you can look like properly maintain Groupon. How can you have customers trust your site if they spent days trying to pinpoint a vacation and look at your site instead of going to another site that will have the correct information at real time. It takes a long time to find the correct price vacation spot and date and as you can see it has caused myself and my son much time on your Groupon for nothing. I should have gone to a more reputable site. Please make this right by giving my son his Ireland trip for $*** with his friend that they were both going to go on March ** and I was looking at this and going to book it two weeks prior to that but now time is ticking and his vacation is dissipating because of your faulty site. Please make it right and sell us this vacation for $*** or allow us a similar one for my son to leave on March ** thank you for your time. Great vacations has promised to have a supervisor called me last night and I have not received a call. Gabriella is the operator that help me on their *** number. She promised me a supervisor would call and that has not happened please help us I have been a good Groupon customer for many years.
