I'm struggling to contact the hotel for days using various methods like email, website, app, and phone. I am facing two transactions charged to my card for bookings that failed due to website issues. The prices displayed were confusing, showing as $[redacted] and then zero, indicating a failed transaction. Despite my efforts, neither the hotel nor Expedia could reach a resolution. I require a refund for these bookings at the Houstonian. I've contacted my credit card company for assistance after exhausting all available options to resolve this issue.

I purchased Groupon tickets for a Statue of Liberty sightseeing boat but ran into issues redeeming them online. Despite trying to redeem them at the pier, I was unable to use them properly. Eventually, I resorted to paying $95 on-site for a ticket. I am now seeking a refund from Groupon.

I made a reservation through a Groupon deal for Sedgebrook Hall in Northamptonshire on Friday. However, upon reading some negative reviews, I decided to cancel. Surprisingly, I noticed that the payment has not been deducted from my bank account, which is puzzling. I contacted customer service to cancel the Groupon, and they mentioned I would be refunded in Groupon credits. While I am okay with that, I would have preferred a full cash refund as stated in the terms and conditions. The representative provided a link to view my credits, but when I try to access it, a message saying 'no Groupons' appears. I am unsure if this is due to the pending payment in my bank. I paid through PayPal, and although my PayPal statement shows the transaction, my bank shows no deduction. I have another Groupon deal in mind that I would like to book using the credits before they expire in 3 days. However, when I check my account, the Sedgebrook Hall booking still shows as 'processing', adding to my confusion.

My spouse and I, both seniors, are headed to Florida for March. Our kids gifted us a restaurant dinner through Groupon. Intrigued by an upside-down building online, I sought out activities in Orlando without prior research. Regrettably, after buying a Groupon for it, I discovered it caters more to families with children. Can I get a refund? We'd prefer a restaurant deal nearer to our Ladylake lodging instead.

I recently bought 2 Groupons for metal prints from Canvasonsale but received stickers instead. The quality was poor as they were easily peeled off and not actually on metal like my previous metal prints. I reached out to the company and they offered a reprint, but it would still be on stickers. I'm disappointed as this is not what was advertised. I have had good experiences with Groupon in the past but this one was a letdown. Can I get a refund for my Groupon since I won't be using it for this company again?

I purchased a Groupon deal for 6 Velashape sessions at Cosmed Laser starting Tuesday, 2/19/19. The Groupon was redeemed without me actually using it. After resolving that issue, I have encountered a new problem. Before my appointment, I was asked to pay an additional $40 in cash for tax, which seems to be significantly higher than it should be. The tax they are charging is inflated and not based on the actual purchase price. If I refuse to pay the extra amount, they may cancel my redeemed sessions. I believe this is not compliant with NYS tax laws. Can you assist me with this matter? Thank you.

Hi, I recently purchased a Groupon for "The Escape of a Lifetime" and had a disappointing experience. My family and I arrived for our 5:15 p.m. booking, only to find we had to share the room with a group of teenagers. This was not what we expected, especially for an Escape Room experience. My daughters were unable to fully participate, and we were all disappointed. I have done many Escape Rooms where you have the room to yourselves, so this was unexpected. Hi there, I recently bought a Groupon deal for an Escape Room named "The Escape of a Lifetime" (Order #[redacted]) for myself, my wife, and our two daughters. We reserved a 5:15 p.m. slot for the room. Upon arrival, we discovered a group of six teenagers also waiting for the same time slot. Unfortunately, we were asked to share the room with them, which was not what we expected. My daughters were unable to participate fully in the challenges, and we left feeling quite unsatisfied with the experience. Typically, in my past Escape Room experiences, you reserve a time slot to enjoy the room exclusively with your own group, not strangers. I am hoping for a refund due to the disappointment we faced. I recently purchased four bottles of Escada for £[redacted]. The payment was deducted from my bank account. I reached out to Groupon multiple times, providing them with all the necessary details. Unfortunately, their response was unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. As a person with a disability, it takes me some time to communicate my messages, only to be met with rudeness as the customer service representative abruptly ended the chat. This experience has been incredibly stressful for me. I am seeking resolution in the form of either receiving the perfume or obtaining a refund. The customer service at Groupon has been poor and lacking professionalism, leaving me extremely dissatisfied. I will not be using their services again in the future.

I am filing a complaint with BBB and OSHA. I had simply been viewing an item and decided against purchasing it. When I clicked the back button, I was surprised with a "Thank you for your purchase" message. Groupon seems to be deceptive, and I will be contacting my local news channel to reveal these unethical practices. About two months ago, my husband bought and paid for two magazines from Groupon, one being Hour Magazine and the other Diabetic Recipes. However, we have not received anything to date - not even an email update. This lack of communication and service is highly disappointing. Your platform appears to be a scam, and I plan to expose these unethical business behaviors.

I accidentally clicked "purchase" instead of adding an item to my cart, charging an old card. After I realized this, I re-purchased it with the correct card. When checking my order to see if I could view the voucher now or wait, I saw the original purchase on the wrong card. I decided to cancel it to avoid any issues, and then it displayed my new card information. I'm unsure if it refunded the wrong card or the correct one. It should have been a cancellation, not a refund. I'm confused and finding it hard to reach Groupon's customer service. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I have been a loyal Groupon customer for many years. Despite overcoming a few errors in the past, I appreciate the deals they offer. Recently, I noticed an issue with a Groupon I purchased for a future date. Although I selected March 19, [redacted], it is showing as February 19, [redacted]. When I contacted Groupon's live chat, they mentioned I needed to reach out to Viator for any date changes. Viator indicated they could make the changes but that it must go through Groupon. Since this was a glitch in the date selection and not my error, I am hoping to have the dates corrected. The Groupon involved is not inexpensive, and I have a special plan for that day. Hello, I recently purchased a Groupon from Hair by Regina for a Brazilian Blowout. However, upon arrival for my appointment, I was informed of an additional $60 charge, which I found excessive given my hair type and length. When I raised my concerns, I was asked to leave. I have been a customer for a long time and usually accessed my orders through the mobile app. Recently, I ordered 2 meals from Dharmas vegetarian restaurant in Capitola, California. I recently purchased a child's electric car from Groupon two weeks ago. Although the delivery was delayed, I still waited patiently. To my surprise, I received a notification about a parcel being delivered to a house number 9 on my street, where there are only 8 houses, and I am number 8. After waiting for Yodel to resolve the issue, I discovered that the package was delivered to another street nearby. The item cost £80, which was a significant amount for me, as it was intended as the main present for my daughter's birthday which has now passed. Yodel offered to retrieve the parcel, but it's not useful to me anymore, as I already purchased a replacement from another store. Due to the inconvenience caused, I kindly request a refund for my purchase.

I have a redemption code sp-6f0ae2950fab that I need help with. I am looking to clarify a Groupon offer as the details were unclear from the picture provided. I unintentionally placed an order while trying to figure out which bobblehead was included in the deal - pet only or owner and pet. Based on what I've seen, it seems like the offer is for pets only, even though the picture shows both the pet-only and the owner-and-pet options. I would like to cancel the order that was mistakenly placed and request a refund to my credit card. I have attempted to contact customer service through the website and chat, but have been unsuccessful in resolving the issue. I also sent an email, but I am unsure if it was successfully delivered or received. Since I have not redeemed the Groupon yet, I believe the vendor has not processed it.
