Hello, I placed an order for a couch on February 1st and had the pending transaction in my account until last night, February 8th. The pending transaction has disappeared, returning the funds to my account. I have not received any communication about my order being canceled or encountering any issues. I am uncertain if the seller decided not to proceed with the sale or if there was a mishap, as I have not been informed of any changes, leaving me unsure if my item will arrive. I purchased a couples massage for my wife as a gift, but when I tried to print the coupon, it showed as redeemed. I bought it today, Saturday, February Knights, but it showed as used on February 9th. I would like to get the coupon back as I paid for it, and it was gifted to my wife, XU Edwards, for Facial Mania Spa & Hair. I bought one for myself as well. I recently bought a King Size Mattress Protector, but received a Super King Size instead. I’ve initiated the return process, but am unable to print the returns label because the item exceeds the maximum dimensions for online returns. Since I haven’t opened the package, I need guidance on how to return the incorrectly sized item via email. I require a King Size Mattress Protector, not a Super King, and appreciate your assistance. I was mistakenly charged three times for what I thought was a single purchase with order #[redacted] listed on Groupon for $15. When I contacted you yesterday, no one could locate my order. Upon reviewing my account, I noticed that I was charged three times for $15 each. I would like to cancel these duplicate orders and request a full refund. I purchased a massage voucher for two as a Christmas gift for my niece. After several days of trying to reach Kneads in Haydock, they informed us they were fully booked before the voucher expired on 1/2/19. They rescheduled the massage for 9/2/19. Unfortunately, when my niece arrived for her appointment today, the shop was closed. She traveled 12 miles to get there and was left disappointed. I have been attempting to contact Kneads without success. I am frustrated by this situation and would like to know how I can request a refund. I recently bought a couples massage at Massage Heights Eldridge Crossing. When I tried to schedule the appointment, they didn't have any suitable days available that matched my schedule as I work full-time. I thought the 5pm slot available today, February 9, [redacted], was for two people, but it turns out it's not. I'll need to coordinate with my boyfriend to find a better time, but it's uncertain when my next day off will be. I'm unable to proceed with the booking at this time and will need a refund. I plan to repurchase the service once both of us can commit to a date.

I used my Groupon from Qualtry to order four wooden coasters on 11/28/18. However, I only received two coasters on 12/12/18 instead of four. One was correct, but the other was personalized for someone else, which I can provide a photo of if needed. I reached out via email on 12/16/18 and made a follow-up call on 12/18/18, but was unable to speak to a live person as the voicemail box was full. Despite sending another email on 1/25/19, I have not received any further communication. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and I am still waiting for the full order to arrive. Could you please assist me with resolving this issue?

I bought a voucher for Joyfully Baked Bakery to order cookies for my sister, who is going through Chemo. I've tried multiple times to place the order by providing my voucher number and phone number for them to call for shipping fees, but I haven't received any responses. I am getting really frustrated and just want Groupon credit for this now. The lack of response is making me reconsider supporting their business, especially during this difficult time for my sister.

I visited today for our anniversary. The place was messy with trash in the car park, smelled of weed, leaky ceilings with plastic tubs to catch water, and no one at reception. They didn't have decaf coffee, so I opted for hot chocolate, which was cold and lumpy. My husband's coffee was tasteless. The sandwiches were dry with little filling, the scones were rock hard, and the cake was cheap and unpleasant. The place was cold, smelly, and the dirty windows made it hard to see. We want a full refund and believe vouchers should not be sold for this place. We complained on-site but were told to contact you directly because there was no manager present.

Hello, my name is Tracey Sellers. I purchased two glow butane herb grinder lighters, but I have not yet received them. I was not aware of having to enter a voucher number during the ordering process. I have been trying to contact Zebra Smoke without success. Despite assurances of a callback, I have not heard back from them. I would like to either receive my orders promptly or have a refund issued. I have been a loyal customer of Groupon, but this experience has left me disappointed. If I do not receive my order soon, I will have to escalate the issue to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you.

I bought passes for Sky Zone in Glen Mills. When I tried to use them, the sales rep informed me about their Glow event on Fridays and Saturdays, which the passes I got on Groupon didn't cover. These passes can only be used on weekdays, not Fridays or Saturdays because of the Glow event. I would like a full refund for the tickets.

I recently placed an order for a 2-count of turquoise turtle bracelets as part of a special deal. However, I only received 1 bracelet in the package. I specifically ordered two to surprise my daughter and have matching bracelets. The deal I got was 2 bracelets for $8.90, which is why I'm disappointed to see that I only received one. I have been monitoring the price, waiting for a special offer to avoid paying additional shipping costs. I was thrilled about the discount until this error occurred. The establishment doesn't honor printed coupons, even though it's not stated in the Groupons. I find this unacceptable. They claimed they can refuse them at will. I believe if they don't accept the coupons, they shouldn't be on Groupon. The female staff member was impolite from the moment we arrived, making me not want to support this business. We rarely have yogurt, so I planned to use two Groupons while my fiancé was going to use one or two separately. Our children were with us, and she was disrespectful and rude. I don't wish to revisit, and I hope for a refund.

I bought eyebrow microblading services from Exotic Beauty. Despite my numerous attempts, I have been unable to schedule an appointment. The individual responsible for performing the service has been unresponsive and unhelpful, cancelling last minute on two occasions. The situation worsened after the expiration date passed, and despite having scheduled a session to be held post-expiration (which was also cancelled), there has been minimal communication. As a single mother with a disabled child, having appointments cancelled has caused significant disruptions to my schedule, childcare arrangements, and medical needs. I am in urgent need of a full refund.

I would like to make a second request for assistance. I bought two tickets to see Barry Manilow next month, and I need to collect the tickets in person. The problem I'm facing is that the name on the Group On vouchers is my maiden name (Burgei), whereas my ID shows my married name (Ferreira). Hello, I would like to address a concern regarding my experience with a Groupon deal for Kabila restaurant in Union City, CA. The information on the deal is misleading as it states valid for use Monday through Thursday, yet the restaurant is closed on Mondays. Additionally, when one of my Groupons expired, I was informed that the paid amount could only be used towards dinner, restricting me from using it for takeout or towards a lunch bill. These restrictions do not align with what was advertised and create confusion for customers. It is frustrating when the establishment does not adhere to their own stated policies. I contacted Groupon about this issue before. On January 14, [redacted], I bought a Sam's Club membership through Groupon. The membership included a $15 eGift, a fresh food basket, and instant savings. I paid $45 but haven't received anything from Groupon. I got a welcome email with a membership number from Sam's Club, but when I tried to place an order the next day, it said my membership wasn't valid. Sam's Club said it was deleted or revoked. The order was made using the email [redacted] I only received communication from Sam's Club. When I went to Sam's Club, they redirected me to Groupon. Please assist me in resolving this quickly. I had another Sam's Club membership in [redacted] with the email [redacted], but that's not related to this recent issue. I believe you can find the January 14, [redacted] coupon. My spouse visited the Groupon website on 1/7/19 to check ticket prices for Universal Studios in Orlando, FL, but did not make a purchase. Later, she bought tickets directly from Universal for $[redacted].91. Surprisingly, Groupon also charged $[redacted].88 for the same tickets without authorization, and we never received them. Despite attempts through emails, Groupon refused a refund. Considering legal action unless resolved. Hoping for a solution, but patience is wearing thin.

I bought a Groupon on 12/25 for GoPupSocks priced at $15. Placed an order with the company on 1/13, but it's still showing as "processing," despite their promised 10-day turnaround. I tried contacting GoPupSocks through their website form and Facebook, but only got an auto-reply with no further assistance. After some research, I discovered numerous complaints from others who never got their orders or refunds from the same company. I demand a refund and feel Groupon should investigate and stop promoting deals for this unreliable company.
