I have a reservation for today, 2/9-2/10, at Great Wolf Lodge in Kansas City, KS through Groupon. Upon arrival for check-in, we were informed that there was no reservation on file and the hotel was fully booked with no rooms available. My husband, daughters, their friends, and I are extremely disappointed as we had a long drive here, and the children were eagerly anticipating this trip. I have been trying to buy a Groupon for the past two days. However, I keep encountering an error message that says 'custom field cannot be blank' when I try to process the order. I have made several purchases on Groupon before and all required fields are filled out. I had three other people try to purchase it on their accounts, but they faced the same issue. I received a birthday gift from my sister-in-law which was a Groupon for a Spa. Unfortunately, the Spa only has appointments available on Saturdays in [redacted], and they close by 5 pm on weekdays. I have faced challenges with Groupon's customer service department. I made a purchase last night for a Pizza deal that was offering a $50 value for $29 and an additional 10% off with the code 'Funday' before midnight Sunday. However, I couldn't find where to apply the code during the purchase process. Subsequently, I noticed a different deal allowed the code and successfully purchased it. The initial purchase only prompted for payment details without the code option. Now, I see two pending charges on my credit card without the correct amounts or discounts applied. If I don't receive a satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will request a reversal from my bank. It's concerning that there's no phone number for contact, making your operations seem questionable. As a legitimate company, you should be easily reachable for customer support.

I visited the Lasik Vision Institute where I was initially quoted $[redacted] for both eyes. However, one day before my surgery, when I went to purchase a Groupon as advised by the salesman, the price had increased by $[redacted]. After discussing this with Randy from the institute, he suggested I go ahead and purchase the Groupon for $[redacted], ensuring we would settle the difference afterward. Following my surgery, I inquired about my refund, and Randy mentioned it would require them to issue a check. During my follow-up appointment, I was informed they were unable to refund the additional $[redacted]. After contacting Groupon, they mentioned they would refund me if the institute agreed to it. Randy initially agreed but later mentioned they couldn't process the refund due to my payment method. Despite offering to accept a check or cash, no resolution has been reached. I possess copies of the invoice and email communications for reference. I paid for the Groupon using my PayPal card but fail to see the relevance of this detail since payment was made. I am incredibly frustrated with the recent issues I have encountered with Groupon deals. I purchased vouchers for Bee’s Nails and Waxing in Chicago, valid until February 28, [redacted] and March 29, [redacted]. When I tried to book an appointment, the vendor refused to honor the Groupons. I am requesting a full refund for both vouchers.
This situation is exasperating, especially since I missed out on a 25% discount Groupon was offering that I could have used at other nail salons had I known Bee’s Nails would not honor my vouchers. They mentioned that Groupon was supposed to inform me about the refunds, but I never received any notification.
As a loyal Groupon customer, I feel unfairly disadvantaged by this experience. I hope for a resolution to this matter promptly.

I purchased a coupon for a personalized photo frame from Mezoo, but when I tried to redeem it, the voucher didn't work. I reached out to the company via email, and received a response after nearly a month stating that they are no longer in business. I am requesting a refund for the full purchase price of $9.95. On August 3rd, [redacted], I purchased a Groupon deal for services at Slim Co. of Syracuse in Manlius, NY. The package included 6 laser lipo sessions, whole-body vibrations, and a consultation for $[redacted]. I had multiple appointments scheduled from November to December. During the initial consultation, the chiropractor explained the requirements for the treatment, such as drinking a specific amount of spring water daily and engaging in light exercise. Due to being on medication that affected my metabolism and lifestyle, I decided to cancel the remaining appointments. Despite being told that I would be reimbursed, I have yet to receive a refund. I reached out to the chiropractor regarding this issue but was informed that they did not receive payment from Groupon and suggested I contact them for a refund. We made a reservation at The Linq Hotel in Las Vegas from February 9th to February 12th. When we returned to the hotel early on February 9th, we encountered a problem. In the elevator, with 7 people, we got stuck between floors after pressing the button for the 11th floor. Despite calling for help, we were stuck for 45 minutes until the fire department arrived. Security and staff initially seemed unhelpful and made light of the situation, causing distress. When we raised the issue upon checking out, the hotel mentioned contacting Groupon, through which we booked, for further assistance. However, the only resolution offered was waiving a small fee. I have 2 vouchers for Dante Salon and Wellness Spa for facials. I would like to request a full refund due to the poor customer service experience I had with them. After multiple communication issues and scheduling problems, including being told different information about the applicability of my Groupon, I arrived for my appointment only to be told that there would be a significant delay. On January 27, [redacted], I purchased two messages from Just Breathe Message Therapy. One was a 60-minute Swedish massage for $39.00, and the second was a 60-minute Deep Tissue Massage for $45.00. On February 7th, I called the contact number provided in the email, asking for a call back to schedule an appointment. Later that evening, I received a text message from Kailey, inquiring about setting up the appointment, but despite my response, no call back was received. I have left multiple phone messages and text messages without a response. With Valentine's Day approaching, as I had planned to surprise my boyfriend with the Deep Tissue massage, and being only two days away from the holiday, I am requesting a refund to seek services from a more reliable company.
