Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

There was a number of things that I am NOTpleased with. But for now I'll just tell you about the service of last night I ordered the tablet holder I was supposed to get a dollar off and the spinner luggage advertised for **** less $* and it also I had a code for **% I don't know if that was additional or not. you did charge me the **** and the *** and there should have been a coupon on purse. I don't like it because you end up not even letting me see how much you're charge me in the end. You just go on through and charge. **I don't see a place where if I wanted more than one I could go up you didn't show me a place where I could not buy it if I changed my mind. I tried to get the refund to work for me and just cancel it out cuz I was so upset last night. And I couldn't do that. If I don't get my discount *I don't want the merchandise.**That goes for number of things just for incident. Spa I never even ordered the spa and I called once last October but I'm ** and after ** and a half years my husband decided that he didn't want to be with me anymore. So a number of months this was not my first choice. I have a number of items that I am not pleased with. I also received some tulip bulbs there's no way I would have bought tulip bulbs because they would have been. I can hardly walk for I have MS. So there's no way that I would order tulip bulbs I got a tool set that I didn't order. I looked at it and you can't hardly even get the case closed.**Also there was a set of sheets I did not order. All the sudden some of these things just end up on my doorstep**I'll just sent another email to you with my other issues oh I can tell you about this one I had ordered more than one to the groomers and Emily said to tell you to credit them back to me* Same with the vets I had gotten two for my two dogs. I could only use one and they told me to tell you the same thing just to credit it back to me**I would have just sent these items back with a couple of items that I ordered due to the circumstances of the situation I was in at the time. I don't drive and I live alone**I am sorry but at the time this was not my priority I hope you understand and you'll help me.**Thank you and God Bless *LaWana Mathews******@***.com
