I purchased a Groupon for three eyebrow threading sessions from seamless beauty. I went to my first appointment normally and she explained to me that with the groupon she won’t do sessions earlier than one month apart. I agreed and messaged her to book my second appointment. She never replied, a week later I sent her another message telling her I really need to book an appointment before I fly out for a month and she confirmed my appointment time with me multiple times. When I got to the appointment she had another client there that she was just about to start a session on. She told me I never made an appointment so she won’t thread my eyebrows. I showed her the messages and she was like well I can’t do It so just book another day. I explained to her that I was flying out the next morning and that’s why we finally agreed on that time. I felt she did not want to accommodate my appointment because It was a partially redeemed Groupon and the client she had was paying for eyelash extensions but I do believe I am a paying customer just as that other client is. If she will not accommodate her customers coming from Groupon then she should not promote herself on It. I have been using Groupon for years and have never had such a negative experience before but now I am very disappointed from this Groupon experience that I refuse to go back to her or purchase another beauty session from Groupon.
