I received a four-piece luggage set that I ordered, but the pieces inside came in different colors - three navy and one black. The website and ad indicated that all four pieces should match in color. I have photos of the set to show the discrepancy. I spoke with customer service on 12/26/18, and they agreed that I could exchange the set for the correct color as it was still in stock. However, when I tried to process the exchange on the website, I noticed that the price is now higher than what I originally paid for the luggage. I have previously emailed about my issues but received a response today that did not resolve them. Firstly, I placed an order for flower delivery through the 1-[redacted]-flowers deal. The payment was deducted from my account, and despite efforts from both me and the recipient, the flowers were never delivered. The recipient was informed the order was canceled, while I did not initiate any cancellation. Secondly, in my order for Lashes on Broadway, I unintentionally ordered two sets instead of one. However, I paid for both and have not yet received any communication regarding them. Despite redeeming the vouchers and paying $[redacted].00, My Deals section shows that I have no deals. I seek clarification on this discrepancy and how the Lashes purchase will be communicated to me. I placed an order for a vacuum cleaner around 1 AM today, and $77.03 was deducted from my account. However, I did not receive any shipping information or details on when the item would arrive. When I checked my account, it showed that I hadn't ordered anything, but the amount was taken from my account. I am concerned and would like a prompt response. I purchased a Groupon voucher for 6 sessions of IPL laser hair removal at Good Look Hair and Beauty. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing all around. The staff had limited English proficiency, making it challenging to book appointments or understand treatment instructions. The shop itself was in poor condition with dirty curtains, a sticky and deteriorating floor, and lacking in hygiene. During treatments, I noticed patches were missed on my legs, but attempts to address this were met with dismissive responses. After six visits and £[redacted] spent, I have not observed any reduction in leg hair. I am dissatisfied that I couldn't leave a negative review to alert others or find a customer support number to seek a refund. It took me some time to find this platform to voice my concerns.

I placed an order for two items in early December: an orthopedic back pillow and a set of queen size bed pillows, with the latter intended as a Christmas gift. Upon receiving the orthopedic pillow, I patiently awaited the arrival of the bed pillows. However, to my surprise, I received a butcher block knife set that I did not order and have no clue where it came from, given my various gift purchases from different sources. Upon checking the status of my Groupon orders, it indicates that the bed pillows were delivered, though I never received them. It's clear that there was a mix-up, as I should have received the pillows instead of the knife set. I would like either the pillows I originally ordered or a refund, and I am more than willing to return the mistakenly sent knife set at the merchant's expense.

I purchased 4 adult and 2 child City GoPasses for the Washington DC night tour through Groupon for a discounted rate. Despite arriving at Union Station at 7:00pm for the 7:30pm tour as stated on the website, the bus did not arrive until 7:45. When we inquired, we were informed by the information desk that the tour actually departed at 6:30pm, contrary to the website information. As we are leaving DC today, we are unable to reschedule the tour. I am requesting a refund for the 4 adult tickets and 2 children's tickets due to this misinformation and lack of communication. Additionally, I hope this issue is addressed to prevent future inconvenience for customers.

I purchased a massage that was redeemed right away. The masseuse canceled the first appointment and then didn't show up for the second one without any notice. Groupon suggested a different massage, but I declined, and was promised Groupon bucks which I haven't received. Another issue is that I was charged for a monogram sketch pad that I wanted to personalize but couldn't figure out how to do it. On top of that, I recommend discontinuing business with Melody at Salon Lifts as she doesn't work there anymore and is unreachable. In conclusion, I need assistance resolving these matters. I recently purchased two Plant Nite vouchers. I carefully reviewed all the information and it clearly stated that the vouchers could be used for any standard Plant Nite event in the US. However, when I tried to redeem my vouchers for various Plant Nite events, I discovered that each location was charging additional fees on top of the standard materials charge, which was not previously disclosed. Though I anticipated the materials charge, these extra fees were not mentioned on the Groupon site, the vouchers, or any other platform. I want to honor what I paid for and attend a Plant Nite event without unexpected charges. I'm unwilling to pay more than the amount that was repeatedly stated. I am writing to express my disappointment in not receiving the Christmas cards I ordered on December 10th at 6:30 AM. Despite checking my mailbox daily following the website's indication that the cards were mailed, I received no cards and was unable to monitor their delivery due to the lack of tracking information. My attempts to contact printerpix were unsuccessful, as I was never able to reach anyone and my emails bounced back undelivered. On December 24th, after resorting to sending out alternate cards, I made a formal request for a refund but have yet to receive a satisfactory response or explanation. Order number[redacted]39 I purchased a vacuum from Groupon. I believe it's standard for new appliances to come with a warranty. Unfortunately, after six months, it started making a loud noise, and after ten months, it stopped working. I struggled to reach customer service via phone and couldn't find a direct link for support related to my order. Finally, with the help of a friend, I managed to contact a customer representative online. Initially, I requested a repair, only to be informed that no warranty existed after 30 days of purchase. I escalated the issue, and a representative named Sameer offered me a free return on Aug 19. However, I never received a return label despite waiting for a long time. After contacting customer service again, I was informed that there was no warranty or repair service available after 30 days of purchase. It's puzzling to me that despite buying a new vacuum from Groupon, known for its reliability, I received no warranty or repair assistance.

My partner contacted Skylon Restaurant in advance to confirm the usability of a Groupon for the next day. We were instructed to present it at the top of the tower. After informing the hostess and waiter about the Groupon, we were told it couldn't be used due to it being a blackout date. Unfortunately, we are unable to return before it expires as we live a few hours away. We kindly request a refund for the Groupon purchased, so we can utilize the funds towards our meal. I made a reservation at Chelsea Hotel in Toronto, Canada. However, upon arrival, they were unable to locate my booking. I waited for an hour, but the issue wasn't resolved. As it was already 9:30 pm, I had to make a new reservation elsewhere to check-in and rest. I would like a refund for the original booking that I couldn't use due to the hotel's inability to find it. The hotel is willing to provide a letter confirming the situation. I am disappointed in the service and will be reluctant to make future bookings through Groupon after this experience.

I purchased seven (7) tickets to attend the Gaylord ice show on December 27th. I was accompanied by two (2) elderly family members and my grandchildren. Our designated time slot was 5 p.m. Upon arrival at 4:15 p.m., we joined the line for our time slot at 4:30 p.m. However, there were two additional lines for 4 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. After waiting, we reached the door only to be informed we would have to wait another hour, making it 6:45 p.m. I was then told we could pay an additional $12 per person to enter immediately. This situation was unacceptable as we had elderly family members and children waiting in uncomfortable conditions. I am seeking a full refund on my credit card for this experience and have taken steps to address this issue further.

I bought a ticket for ICE at the Gaylord National Convention Center in Maryland for December 10. Due to a snowstorm, I couldn't attend because driving on the interstates was deemed unsafe. When I inquired about using just the Groupon value for a future date, I was told it's only valid for the original day. Groupon's policy states the value never expires and can be refunded if not used. Can I get a credit to use on other Groupon purchases since the ticket can't be honored? A refund works too, but a credit is also fine if a refund isn't possible. Thank you.
