I can’t talk to any body at Groupon and I can’t find any way to correct my account address. I get charged correctly, but never receive my orders as they are shipped to an old address. ***********************************Order numbers above we’re delivered to the wrong address. The correct address is: *David L. Deming***** Pine Forest Lane *Saint Charles, MO *******I would like my merchandise which I imagine was returned. UPS said I might check with other carriers as they can’t help me. I need to post this incident on Facebook and Utube so others can find out about Groupon. It’s disheartening. Thanks for anything you can do to help. I guess another step I can take is to send a letter to the CEO of Groupon if their listed address isn’t bogus too.

I am now ordering nearly everything off the Internet and learned about Groupon from hundreds of Facebook friends and so got on Groupon’s mailing list (for emails).
I went to their help desk twice and finally emailed to what I guess was tech support as they don’t have a customer service email. The person whom responded didn’t read everything and said my address was the address to which they shipped my orders (the wrong address). It is so frustrating that no one there will listen or even read complaints correctly. They don’t seem to care about loosing customers
