I had an appointment at the Phoenix Paul Mitchell school using a Groupon for basic color and wished to add a roller set. The receptionist indicated the roller set would be an extra charge, which I agreed to. Upon arrival, the same receptionist checked me in, and the student/stylist had a consultation with me. However, after waiting for the service to start, an instructor intervened and mentioned they could not accommodate the roller set due to time constraints, despite my prior confirmation. The instructor explained that it was a misunderstanding caused by lack of hairdresser expertise from the receptionist and uncertainty about my hair type. They suggested coming back on a Friday, which didn't work for me due to my work schedule. Feeling singled out and uncomfortable, I expressed my concerns about the situation implying a racial bias and requested a refund, which the staff advised I should seek through Groupon.

I would like a refund for my "Window Squad" Groupon as I was unable to redeem it even after weeks of trying to schedule a power wash appointment. Initially, it was challenging to get a hold of someone to book the service. Despite finally securing an appointment through text for December 5th, the service provider did not show up, and all attempts to contact them have been futile. I have reached out to Groupon via email with no response and have had difficulty contacting them by phone. Dear Customer Service, I am writing to address a serious issue I encountered during my stay at the Lord Milner Hotel in London through a Groupon deal. I had booked a 2-night stay but was informed upon arrival that a room was only available for one night. I was directed to another hotel nearby at a much higher cost than what was initially agreed upon with Groupon. The hotel manager, Ivan Stoimenov, refused to accept Groupon for the second night and instructed me to seek a refund from Groupon directly. The accommodations at the Lord Milner Hotel were highly disappointing. The bed sheets were heavily soiled, blankets were stained, and pillows were dirty. The condition of the room was subpar, with different paint colors on the walls, non-functional bathroom amenities, and poor quality toiletries. I recently bought eyelash extensions from Seamless Beauty for some special occasions. I scheduled an appointment for December 21, [redacted], two weeks in advance, which was very significant for me as it was for Christmas, New Years, and my birthday. I arrived 30 minutes early but had to wait in my car since there was no waiting area. When I entered at 3:03 pm for my 3:00 pm appointment, I was surprised to see another client on the work station. The technician claimed she didn't have me in her schedule and might have double-booked. She asked me to return at 8:00 pm, which was not feasible for me due to distance and time constraints. She was fully booked until January 3, leaving me disappointed and feeling undervalued as a customer. Given the lack of professionalism, I no longer wish to use her services and am requesting a refund to seek assistance elsewhere. In my line of work, customer satisfaction is vital, and while mistakes can happen, how they are addressed is crucial in maintaining clientele trust.

I purchased a Groupon for a massage, but the business kept changing my appointment due to their issues. Although they stated they would honor my Groupon, they are now unable to accommodate weekends, which is when I could book. I was advised by the business to seek a refund from Groupon as they couldn't provide the service. Groupon refunded me $1 and gave the rest in Groupon credit. Despite multiple emails to customer service, I am unable to get a full refund and do not wish to purchase from Groupon again. I have transcripts of emails and text messages with the massage company but need assistance resolving this issue.

I bought a Groupon for two massages at Tranquility Therapeutics in Troy, Michigan for my daughter and me. She is visiting from another country for a short period. However, when I tried to schedule the massages, I found out they were closed until January 2nd and later got a text saying they were fully booked until February. Despite expressing my frustration, they could only offer an early morning appointment for one person, making it inconvenient for my daughter who has limited time off. I'm unable to reach anyone at Groupon to update my account address. My orders keep getting shipped to my old address, even though I'm charged correctly. I purchased an Otterbox Defender case from BH Classics on your site. I encountered a couple of issues with my order. Firstly, my order was delayed by a week. Secondly, I received the wrong case color without the additional screen protector that I paid for. Furthermore, the case I received is not even an Otterbox product, despite being advertised as one. This is clearly false advertising, and it has left me extremely dissatisfied with this merchant. To resolve this situation, all customers who bought this misrepresented "Otterbox case" should receive refunds. Additionally, measures should be taken to ensure that this merchant is held accountable and prevented from engaging in dishonest business practices on your platform.

I recently bought a Groupon deal for three eyebrow threading sessions from Seamless Beauty. At my first appointment, the technician mentioned sessions had to be at least a month apart. I tried to schedule my second appointment but received no response. After several messages, I finally secured an appointment time, only to arrive and be turned away as she claimed I hadn't booked. I showed her our messages, but she refused to thread my eyebrows. She suggested booking another day, but with my imminent trip, that wasn't an option. Good morning. I purchased two pairs of Beats headphones for Christmas, specifically advertised as wireless in black and blue. However, we only received one pair - the blue one. I purchased a Groupon from Dharma Healing specifically for the microdermabrasion treatment. However, upon arriving for my appointment, I was informed that the machine was broken, and I did not receive the service I paid for. I would like to cancel my remaining two appointments and request a refund. Additionally, the person I was scheduled with, Sherley, was not the one who performed my treatment; instead, it was Jenny. I was only informed of these changes after I had already started the session. While Jenny was pleasant, I did not receive the service or treatment I had initially signed up for. These discrepancies should have been communicated to me beforehand, or I should have been given the option to reschedule if the microdermabrasion was unavailable. My entire facial took only 35 minutes, and I left feeling unsatisfied with the experience.

I bought three items through Groupon from a merchant. The first package I got had two items, but the shirt sizes were too large, so I initiated a return. Groupon provided two return labels for each item, even though they were in the same package with one label. I put both labels on the package and sent it off. Both labels were scanned and accepted at the Post Office, but only one reached the destination when I checked online. A few days later, the third item arrived in a separate package. I am unsure if both items were received at the destination since both return labels were on the same package.

I bought a walking and talking toy dog for my 4-year-old daughter as a Christmas present in October. When I initially tested it upon arrival, it worked fine. Stored it until Christmas, and when my daughter used it, it only functioned for an hour before dying. Replaced the batteries multiple times, but it still didn't work. Ended up having to buy another toy last minute to console my upset daughter. I've always had great experiences with Groupon, but this purchase left me disappointed. Since I've already bought a replacement, I don't need another toy. The item isn't up to standard, and I'm requesting a refund. I can send the defective toy for inspection if needed. I bought two massage Groupons as gifts for my sisters to be emailed on Christmas Day. Unfortunately, the vouchers didn't arrive, so I had to email them today for them to schedule their appointments. While the vendor still honored the vouchers, the experience was far from ideal. Groupon offered to send the vouchers as gifts, but they were never received. This is a lapse in customer service and disappointing. I hope Groupon can address this oversight to maintain customer satisfaction in the future. Please use my email to find my account details. Kindly refrain from cancelling or refunding the vouchers as my sisters have already used them. The main issue lies in the failure to deliver the vouchers as promised on Christmas Day.

Hello, A few weeks ago, I bought a mani/pedi gift for a friend at Beauzen nail salon. She was supposed to get an email on December 24th, but she hasn't received it yet. This is frustrating because the Groupon expires in March, and she won't be back in Colorado until the end of February. I wanted her to have time to get her nails done before she leaves the state. I'm unsure why she hasn't received the email if I received a notification that she did. Could you please resend the email to her? I have recently been double charged for one item on my order and have not received a refund despite requesting it. I have been unable to reach anyone through email or live chat for assistance. I have been a loyal customer for years and never experienced issues like this before. My original order number was [redacted][redacted] for a group order. I canceled the hood throw, seeking a refund, but was charged $60.54 for both items with no refund issued. To compound the issue, I discovered today that I was charged double again for the orthopedic mattress I kept, totaling $25.98.
