I purchased a Groupon for two massages in Troy Michigan at Tranquility Therapeutics. The two massages were for my Daughter and I. She lives in another country and is only back here for * days that week, as she is conducting business throughout the US while here. *When I called to schedule the massages, I received a message that said the place was closed until Jan, * and to call back then. *I left a message anyway, as I was hoping to get the apt. scheduled. *I then received a text stating she was booked until February!*Hiding my anger, I told her my situation and did state my frustration in the lack of availability.*She offered to do it on another day only time being at *am and also that she could only do one of us. Seeing how this place is ** minutes from my house, my daughter would have to rise between *am-*am on her only days off to get to this this supposedly relaxing massage!*I am requesting my money back on this massage and would like it transferred to Cambridge Chiropractic on Hayes road in Shelby Township, MI., along with the $**.** discount that was applied for the massages at the other place that can not do what is stated in the Groupon!*VERY IMPORTANT: If it is possible, I would appreciated the transfer of the funds rather than a refund, as my American Express is set up in such a way that I will not get a refund.*Please let me know what can be done.*Thank you, Tamara Stone
