Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I tried my business email and the same error. I reached out to the magazine about the free hat link and I have not go a satisfactory answer, just that they can't help me with the account set-up??? now i'm getting emails on both my personal and business email addresses but still no hat info?.... They're customer service is very vague and does not answer the questions asked.. If I can't get this resolved then I would rather have a refund.**Is this something you can help me with?**I got the subscription on sale & paid $**.** after coupon code..
