I bought three massages for my family. The massage spa was friendly until I mentioned we had a Groupon. They said they only take one Groupon per day and tried to tell us to buy a massage with them for $* more*per massage and cancel our Groupons. It was an uncomfortable situation. We told them we would like to go ahead and use one voucher that day for my mother n schedule for my sister and myself on a different day but she wasn’t very responsive and acted like she did not understand us. We never got another massage at that location because Groupon massages are not preferred*welcomed there. I do not want to go back to this spa and would like to request a refund on the two remaining massage voichers.
