Get to china ... Dianne Pesce and Robin DeFalco had reservations through rewards China on November * we had a delay with JetBlue because they Had mechanical problems and made us get off the plane due to this malfunction We were too late to catch Hainan Flight to Beijing. We worked with rewards China to no avail. We had to spend two nights in a Boston hotel and then we paid l$***.** torewards China to book us on another Hanan flight and tour we then started the tour in Beijing and then we were charged another $*** to fly back to Shanghai because our original flight would’ve made us miss the tour scheduled in Beijing so in total we paid an additional $**** for the rewardpChina trip. We would like to know what Groupon and we wards China will do about this before we have to complain on the results but we are very unhappy with the amount of money that we had to pay in addition because JetBlue flight was delayed no one took any responsibility for the error. We believe a rewards China representative did not book the flight completely from Atlanta to Beijing. Instead it was booked from Atlanta to Boston (JetBlue) and Boston to Beijing (Hainan). Had the flight been connected JetBlue would have put us on another flight to Beijing which is what they did for ** other people that had been traveling with rewards China
China Rewards did not book this trip correctly with JetBlue and HAinan airlines. It should have been a connected flight with the booking numbers.
We would like another trip either to China or somewhere else reward China has to give them a chance e to justify the Amount of money paid twice
