I placed an order on Nov. **, **** for a Jumbo Faux Sheepskin*Suede Dog Bed. When putting in my information for shipping your site clearly no post office box delivery. I put in my physical address. Last week on Tuesday ***** I notice in the tracking my order was going to be delivered to the Belmont, NH post office, my husband went to the post office advising them we were expecting this. Everyone my husband spoke with understood and was informed of the package coming. On Wednesday ***** the package was dropped at the Belmont, NH post office, due to the holiday we were unable to get there to pick it up. My husband went in first thing Friday morning ***** asking for the package. He was informed they refused the package and sent it back. When asked why they refused the package my husband was given no reason why. My husband did call FedEx asking for information about the package and was told it was still at the Belmont, NH post office. Yet another trip to the post office, in which they said they refused it and FedEx has the package. Back to FedEx no they do not have it. FedEx did inform us when orders are shipped from Groupon they ship the cheapest way which is to drop the shipments at a post office. I sent you this complaint last week Friday *****, as of today I have not received a response from you. This is very upsetting, if you are going to have FedEx drop all packages at the post office, then someone needs to get everyone on the same page. My package being shipped back to you was in no way my fault. The post knew this was coming for me and yet they refused the package. I would like a response from you and a refund on my item.
