Hello my name is Orlean Tilghman. I ordered a X-Box from Groupon. My tracking number for the shipping is FEDEXSP ************.*Orlean Tilghman*** East ***th Street *F*New York NY ******Fedex dropped this Box off and just sat it in the NYC Housing complex Hallway. Someone stole my package. My neighbors said the saw the Box just sitting in front of my door around midday ********. This is so wrong, there should have been a drop off place or a call or even a delivery slip left, which there was none. I just happen to call when I got home from work to check on my package, that is how I found out, I spoke with fedex last night, and also SEGUE CORP. in Lakeforce CA (***-***-****) Mr Levy to dispute a delivery and file a complant with both of them. Now I was directed to let you know what happen. I need my package replaced by you, they told me. I thought it was fedex, however , I will put in a police report , contact housing ,and contact the media if I can. I am so tired of these mistakes made by Fedex, because they are careless with our packages. This is not the *st time this is happening. They even leave your money out to the public on top of the mail box.This is just terrible. My number is ***-***-**** Orlean Tilghman
