I ordered * Go San Fransisco Cards. When I redeemed the cards, it was indicated the card will expired one year after the purchase date if not activated. The purchase date on the card was June **, **** and now is already pass one year and I can't activate it yet until I get to the destination. Are these cards still valid to use?***If I provide my account info and billing address here, will this be visible to other Groupon visitor?
No explanation on what to do if the purchase date is already expired, whether the cards can be used or not -- or what to do with it. And I can't call anyone in Groupon through phone or live chat is not working.
Providing the info whether the card that I purchased can still be used.
I'm new to groupon. I expect easier way to contact customer support. The link or the instruction can get pretty confusing.
I'm about to call my smart destination company today, to find out as well.
