I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage last year, voucher ********, Groupon LG-**-YP-KLGW-F*BV-PRLM, Customer Name Janice Vanderhoef, expired April *, ****. my email is *****@***.com and phone number is ***-***-****. This was my moms Christmas present last year to Retina's Relaxation Center. I made an appointment before the expiration date and it was changed several times by Retina or her daughter. I have everything in texts, including where she said the expiration date did not apply and the Groupon would be honored. When making my first appointment, I also had to pay an additional $**, which I know I will never get back. Her phone number no longer works (some guy has it and receives numerous calls - ***-***-**** - all from debt collectors or disgruntled customers. I looked on line and she has several bad reviews not honoring the Groupon coupon. I contacted ABMP, where Retina has massage insurance and reported her, which they investigated and agreed with me that she is not ethical and removed her from their website referral page. What can I do to get a refund for this Groupon? Retina's Relaxation Center on Harper in St. Clair Shores no longer exists and it is now a t-shirt business. Please assist as this person has given Groupon a bad rap for not just me, but several others. I have all the texts from her saved in case you need to see them.
