Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-ibdeeste's own words
I ordered a watch last Monday. I reached out to Customer Service to say there was a shipping label generated, with a tracking number, but the item still hasn't shipped...Its like an illusion. Customer Service Rep was nice, but sent me the same tracking number I already had and told me it was "on its way". When I emailed her back later and told her to actually CHECK the tracking number on the FedEx website, she'd see that it had not even shipped. *I do not trust a company who falsely generates a tracking number, but fails to ship it within * or * days. At this point, I want to cancel my order and be refunded. I've done everything I can and do not believe that the company I ordered the watch from is acting on Good Faith.
