Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-myly's own words
WE PAID $**.** FOR THE SAM'S PLUS MEMBERSHIP CARD AND WAS ISSUED THE SAM'S REGULAR MEMBERSHIP CARD !!!! MAKE GROUPON STEP UP AND PAY THE $**.** TO UPGRADE OUR CARD TO SAM'S PLUS MEMBERSHIP CLUB CARD !!!!! ... We paid for a Sam's Plus Card Membership and got Regular Membership Club Card . Groupon needs to Step up and upgrade Clyde W. Watson's Sam's Club Membership Card to Plus Membership Club Card is what we think because it Groupon Refunds it we will be penalized for having had any Membership there and would not be able to take advantage of this deal and that's why we bought this through Groupon !!!!!Thanks ..M.W. *****@***.com *****@***.com **********
