Get a refund for one of the two I purchased ... I would like to request a refund for one of the two Urban Skin Solutions groupons I recently purchased. I understand it has been more then the indicated * day return period but would like to request it be refunded as a sign of good faith to a loyal Groupon customer. I spoke with Urban Hair and they don't have an issue with it being returned*refunded and told me to reach out to you. I would be willing to buy another one since they say they will continue to offer them on your site. you can use another groupon after * months. Problem is the gropupon expires before that time. It said * per customer but in fact only one can be used by me and the other would have to be a gift
Refunding the money. If there is absolutely no way to refund I would like to ask for credit to spend on other groupon products*services
Been a Groupon Customer for years and regularly buy products*services for gifts etc. Especially with Christmas coming up I would like to ask for the refund in good faith which would in turn lead to futuer sales.
Called the business and they said they couldn't refund but would be fine with it if I could get Groupon's assistance
