The issue in GetHuman-katgurl_'s own words
I ordered tickets through Groupon for cruise San Diego whale watching. I ordered for tickets and then I ordered one ticket for total of * tickets. My confirmation numbers are cbxam and cbwzz. We are not from San Diego we are from Missouri and we were going to do this on our trip to San Diego. The tickets we had or for the Sunset Cruise on October **th at *:**. We called an Uber driver and we got part of the way there and then the Uber driver told us he had picked up the wrong party. I offered to pay him cash when we got there so he could cancel the people that were actually paying for the ride but he refused. He dumped us out at a liquor store somewhere in San Diego. And by the time we got another Uber the ship has already sailed so we missed our whale watching trip. I would like a refund. My name is Kathy Garrett I ordered the tickets through Groupon. We're back in Missouri so the tickets are really useless. Cruise San Diego will not give me credit or a refund.
