I am currently pregnant. I bought a groupon for an ultrasound and followed step by step the instructions for scheduling an appointment. This place is almost an hour from my home. I followed the instructions, paid the deposit fee at their website, received confirmation emails for my payment and my appointment. So, today, at *:** pm, the time of my appointment, I am outside of the office and NO ONE IS HERE. The phone numbers won’t work, left voice messages, sent emails, text messages, NO ONE. Not even a call to let me know that no one was going to be there. So I enter the website to see if there is another contact method and I see that the company has a completely different address listed in their website, * miles from where I was! What did I do? I went to the other address, got there at *:**, just to find an EMPTY OFFICE. So, I’ve been driving for the last two hours, my husband skipped work, and was left without seeing my baby. I want to file a complaint and get this issue into the highest institutions possible.
