Get a refund since we were lied to by Groupon and the resort upon arrival. ... I got to the resort I booked through Groupon. All the slides in the indoor water part are closed. We drove *.* hours purely for the water park. After talking to the manager here they said that Groupon is aware of this. No where on the Groupon does it say that the slides are closed. I need to find out how we can get our money back so we can leave.
There was no phone number to call Groupon customer service and discuss the issue and NO ONE AT WILDERNESS AT THE SMOKIES gave a **** or tried to help resolve the issue. They just kept saying “there is nothing we can do for you. Just call customer service and talk to them.”
Refund at least half the money since the water park was useless and driving * hours and paying *** dollars to find out more than ***ths of the resort attractions were closed due to maintenance and a small electrical fire that was supposed to been fixed * weeks ago according to locals.
I have been a customer since ****.
Talked to multiple so called managers and did a live chat with Groupon customer service and they just kept saying to get names and contact info and they will be in contact with hotel management in **-** hours hopefully with a resolution.
