Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Numbers associated with my order ********** Groupon * LG- *SKK-H*NP-****-*KRF ********** Groupon * LG -LNWL-*MSM-FHFP-JZ****Ordered two AT***V *K ultra HD waterproof cameras on *-**-** for total of $**.****Merchant is techcomm. Oder was shipped via fedex and transferred to usps. Order was shipped to an old address used with Groupon account over a year ago. Tracking info states could not deliver - returning to shipper on **-*-**. I sent a detailed email to tech com using merchant info from Groupon explaining order was shipped to wrong address and I wanted a refund so I could purchase the items again. **Received email response that Groupon is the shipper and items would be returned to Groupon and I would have to contact your customer service**Please advise me how to proceed to get refund and purchase again as these items were intended as gifts**Thank you for your cooperation
