I purchased a groupon to have my house pressure washed by Powermax in Chattanooga, Tn. There was no mention in their ad that they only worked in Hamilton County. I live in Chickamauga, Ga which is ** miles from the address of Powermax in Ooltewah, Tn. They stated that they did not go any further than ** miles which I do not live ** miles from their business. I was emailed and told that it would take ** min to get to my house and that Groupon only paid them $**.** and that I would have to get someone else to pressure wash my house. This is false advertising as far as I am concerned. I paid for their service and now they are not honoring it. Please contact me at ***-***-**** to discuss my refund and help me find someone else. I am an elderly person and can not do this myself.
