we booked our experience through mouse trap escape room in Ybor City Florida and ** minutes before we were supposed to show up for the appointment they canceled with an email stating that Groupon will refund our money there was no explanation why they canceled they just canceled of course we were in the area and went to the place since we drove quite a ways to get there and found that the whole building was locked up solid there was nobody answering the door we stood outside for ** minutes and knock on the door ring the doorbell beat on the windows and nobody answered or showed up to tell us anything I would like to get a full refund since apparently mousetrap is no longer existing after next weekend
