To whom it concerns, *I am Akaya. I recently bought * Michael and Tammy love items from Monogram Hub and used a Groupon of $** , in which I believe I have been scammed as I have tried to contact costumer service about my order and receive a full refund . The website wasn’t user friendly and based on reviews , I have heard that they purposely don’t respond to emails or calls as it went straight to voicemail and I still have yet to receive an email response (after sending it on **********) . When seeing this group on , I automatically felt that it would be a great gift for my sisters wedding and I wanted to get a quality gift for a lower cost so I purchased with the assumption that it was a credible website. I am upset to find out about the credibility after purchasing group on and the gifts and I also know that their policy says it takes up to *-* weeks which usually would be perfect timing for the occasion however according to reviews many people haven’t received their items after several months with no form of consistent communication. I am worried about the safety of my credit card information as well as the quality of my items. This website is on scamguard and although this is not entirely your issue as a company, I would truly appreciate if I receive a full refund of $**.** * $** for my purchase of Groupon. Also, my other request is to completely prohibit monogram hub from the Groupon vender list to avoid any further issues as this. I have seen many reviews with similar concerns especially when purchasing with a group on. I truly admire your company and want to continue getting deals however I think it will be beneficial to take second looks at websites like this that are consistently causing problems to their customers.
