Nothing. I am trying to get Groupon to refund my $**, which they charged me without my authorization. ... I am being billed $** for a Groupon (“Dentistry on Hill”) I did not purchase and do not want — and it does not appear among My Groupons (maybe because I did not buy it?) I was charged on ** July **** but was not aware of the charge until ** September when I saw it on my credit card statement. I have notified my credit card company that the purchase was unauthorized, and they will be contesting it if Groupon does not voluntarily reverse the charge (which I hope they will do). **Thank you for your attention to this request. There's no way to speak to anyone to explain the particulars, and they shut down chat after one minute -- usually while I'm typing an explanation of the info they've requested!
I want my money back: $** credited back to my VISA credit card.
Since **** or before.
I've also talked -- TALKED, TO AN ACTUAL PERSON, WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH AS A FIRST LANGUAGE -- at the credit card company. If I can't get it fixed, they will.
