I recently bought an unlimited 6-month yoga and fitness pass through your client Metabody Fitness for use at Dragonz Martial Art Center. I activated it this week for the fall session. However, when I contacted Dragonz, the owner Claire mentioned they are not part of the Metabody program, and she has no knowledge of it. The schedule listed on Metabody's website for Dragonz is also inaccurate. Please reach out to Claire at [redacted] for clarification.
Considering these discrepancies and false claims by Metabody, I am seeking a refund for the pass. A groupon credit would also suffice. My details are registered with you under the provided email. Thank you. - Christine Parker

I recently received my long-awaited comforter, but to my surprise, I found a warning label mentioning potentially harmful chemicals, including arsenic known to cause cancer in California. Upon researching online, I'm concerned about how this product, highly praised in reviews, could pose health risks. The comforter is from Sanctuary, Pacific Coast brand. I've been a loyal customer and have never faced such issues before. I would like a refund, but I'm unsure of next steps. I placed it on my bed before noticing the warning. I appreciate a swift resolution as I was eagerly anticipating a new comforter. Please advise on the return process and how quickly this can be sorted out. Thank you, Phyllis S.

I purchased a salon service on 9/21 with the understanding that I could exchange it if I found a better deal, which indeed happened. Despite encountering issues with the app, I managed to purchase the deal I preferred along with one I didn't want due to technical glitches. As the app prevented me from buying the desired deal, I had to go to the salon for my appointment and explained the situation, offering to pay in cash at the discounted rate. The salon agreed, but a few days later, I was charged for the Groupon deal I had already paid for. It has been a major inconvenience and frustration, as I ended up paying multiple times for a single service. I would like a refund for both salon service purchases made on 9/21 since I have paid the salon directly. I hope to resolve this matter promptly and appreciate your assistance.

I bought two one-month memberships at Gold's Gym – one for myself and the other as a gift for my husband. When we tried to use our Groupons last week, we were told they couldn't activate them. Despite explaining that the Groupon memberships were not free trials but paid ones, they refused, mentioning a previous one-week free trial we had used from a flyer. They claimed they couldn't apply the Groupons due to their policy of only one free offer every six months. They suggested contacting Groupon for a solution. Since Gold's Gym wouldn't let us activate the memberships, I'm seeking a refund.

I tried to buy a Groupon with the 25% off code SAVE25, but my credit card had an issue. The transaction didn't go through and was later denied. When I tried to log in again, the 25% discount was no longer available. This Groupon was for my daughter's eyelash extensions, and I only wanted to buy it with the discount. I signed up again, used a new user code, and confirmed the purchase with the discount displayed. Unfortunately, the receipt didn't reflect the discount, so I canceled it after my daughter had her treatment. I now need to repurchase the Groupon with the discount for Harper & Olive. Can you assist me with this?

I tried to buy a Groupon with a 25% discount code, but my old credit card caused issues. After updating my card, the discount disappeared. I needed the discount for my daughter's eyelash extension, so I used a new email to get a new user discount. The new code applied at the end of the purchase, but my receipt didn't reflect the discount. I had to cancel the purchase after my daughter's treatment because I relied on the discount. I now need assistance to buy the Groupon with the discount for Harper & Olive.

I recently tried to buy a Groupon for my daughter's eyelash extensions using a discount code for 25% off. However, my old credit card caused payment issues, so I updated it but lost the discount. To resolve this, I registered with a new email to use the new customer code, which applied the discount at checkout. Strangely, the discount didn't show on the receipt, leading me to cancel the purchase post-treatment. I have to re-buy the Groupon with the discount - can someone assist with this for Harper & Olive?

I have encountered two issues with my recent Groupon purchases. Firstly, on 9/21, I bought a Groupon for power washing from Crystal Blu Pressure Washing, only to find out when I called to schedule that it was limited to one Raleigh zip code, which was not clearly specified. The Groupon number for this purchase is 1[redacted]12-[redacted].
Secondly, when I revisited the Groupon page today, I accidentally bought another service with Groupon number 1[redacted]2-[redacted]. As a first-time Groupon user, I found the ordering process easy, but the lack of clarity on restrictions like the zip code limitation was not communicated effectively.
I am requesting a refund for both purchases due to these issues.
Thank you,
S. Hill

I recently had a disappointing experience at a massage place with unclear directions and lack of signage. The communication barrier due to language made me uncomfortable from the start. During the session, the therapist entered multiple times without knocking, rushed through the massage, and used excessive pressure. The therapist's approach felt harsh and more like being beaten than a relaxing massage. I found her focus on the buttocks area and proximity to sensitive areas uncomfortable and inappropriate. The lack of attention to my neck and rough nails added to my discomfort. Additionally, unexpected charges for tax and pressure for a tip at the end left me dissatisfied. I believe this establishment needs to improve its professionalism and service quality, and I am seeking a refund for the experience. A more conducive environment with clear communication and respectful boundaries is necessary at such businesses.

Subject: Assistance Needed With Groupon Coupon for News-Leader Subscription
Dear Springfield News-Leader,
I recently spoke with a representative regarding a Groupon offer for a yearlong Thur-Sun delivery subscription for $49. The representative advised me to cancel my existing subscription to avail of the deal. However, after purchasing the Groupon and reviewing the details, I discovered it was for new customers only.
I'm having trouble canceling the Groupon and I'm concerned about the $49 I spent. As a long-time News-Leader subscriber, I would appreciate any help in resolving this matter. Technology is not my strong suit, especially at 75 years old.
Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
John M. Jones

I bought a Groupon for Nee's Nails in Wendell, NC, as a gift for my niece in [redacted]. After she relocated to Florida, it was challenging for her to schedule an appointment due to limited availability. I am requesting a refund in Groupon credit for the unused voucher purchased for Samantha. Previous attempts to reach out through support chat have been unsuccessful as it keeps resetting. Dealing with these issues is proving difficult. Nee's Nails appointment was scheduled for April 4, [redacted], for [redacted] Née has not been accommodating with using Groupons, and I have already redeemed mine. I kindly ask for the Groupon credits to be refunded to my account. Thank you.

I purchased a Yankee Candle gift set for my daughter as a Christmas gift. It was supposed to include tea lights, two red wreaths, Yankee candles, and wax melts. The description mentioned variations in the sets.
I was away on a training course when the package arrived from Groupon. I unpacked it this morning and discovered that I only received one Yankee Candle, which is not what I ordered.
The photo, price, and description on the website have been altered since my purchase, which is frustrating. I am seeking a full refund as the item I received does not match my order. Thank you.

This is my second attempt to address my concern. I have yet to receive a reply from you regarding my email sent 5 days ago.
I purchased Beats headphones from Groupon. The order remained "being processed" for over an hour, an unusual delay for me on Groupon. Assuming the orders did not go through, I reordered the product twice. However, each time, the order was also delayed in processing. Feeling the product might be unavailable, I gave up.
Four hours later, I unexpectedly received three confirmation emails for three sets of Beats. Despite my attempts, I couldn't cancel two of the orders as the window for cancellation had passed. I received all 3 sets but only require one. I wish to return the extra 2 sets and obtain a refund. Failure to provide a satisfactory solution within 5 days may lead me to dispute the charge on my credit card.

On August 22, [redacted], I bought a Groupon deal for The Karate Academy Of Bethpage. Following their instructions, I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, they advised me against redeeming the Groupon, pushing instead for a costly one-year package with a $[redacted] registration fee.
When questioning the Groupon I purchased, I was informed that redeeming it would entail an extra $59 charge for a uniform, which was not what I expected when signing up for a four-week trial class.
Despite explaining my purchase was meant for a trial, The Karate Academy Of Bethpage placed the blame on me for not making the appointment before buying the Groupon.
Feeling mistreated for using the Groupon and pressured into a different, more expensive package, I am disappointed that my son couldn't enjoy the trial. I believe they intentionally misled me with their sales tactics.
I am seeking either a full refund or credit for another Groupon deal. I appreciate your prompt assistance.
Regards,
N.

I purchased a spa deal for a massage but couldn't reach them over the phone. They finally left me a message saying the offer will expire soon. When I called, they said they're not available until November 6 due to remodeling. The spa asked for more money to honor the deal, which I declined. When I questioned why they didn't return my calls earlier, they hung up on me. It feels like a scam. I'm seeking a refund from Groupon since the spa is uncooperative and won't schedule appointments.

About a week ago, I realized my Car Wash Groupon was going to expire on the 29th. Due to Hurricane Florence, I was stuck in Nichols, South Carolina with no way to leave as the town had no accessible bridges for 2 weeks. I reached out to Groupon via email but did not receive a response. Today, I received an email on my phone stating my Groupon had expired. I contacted them initially to inquire about extending the Groupon due to the hurricane. When I try to extend it by tapping the icon, an error message pops up, and upon hitting the retry button, it just goes back to the same error. Could someone please address this email this time?

I purchased a king-size bed with a mattress from Groupon around four months ago. I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of the product. The bed slats keep collapsing when I sit on it, despite the fact that I am only 5’2” and weigh 7/8 stone. Recently, my 1-year-old son even jumped on the bed, and it collapsed, almost causing him to fall off. This is completely unacceptable and unsafe. Moreover, the mattress is extremely uncomfortable, and the springs are already popping out after only 3-4 months of use. As a single mother, it is frustrating to have to constantly fix the bed with a heavy mattress on top. I initially hesitated to reach out, but after the incident with my son, I knew I had to address this dangerous situation. I hope for a prompt resolution to this issue. Thank you, Amy B.

Hello,
I recently bought a package of 3 organic spray tans from Perfectly Pretty. I used one tan in August but still have 2 remaining. When I tried to reschedule an appointment today for my second tan, I ran into issues. After initially canceling and then trying to book again, I received a last-minute notice that my appointment was declined, leaving me frustrated as I was already at the salon. Despite trying to reach the owner without success, my disappointment grew when I realized I wasted time and money on this experience. Due to the poor communication and short notice, I no longer wish to return to Perfectly Pretty and would appreciate a credit on my Groupon account. Moving forward, I will take my business elsewhere. The lack of professionalism and consideration shown by the owner reflects poorly on the salon's reputation and customer service. I hope to hear back regarding a credit soon. Thank you -

Last night, I bought 2 tickets for a helicopter tour in Manhattan through FLYNYON for $[redacted] using my Apple Pay. After waiting for hours without receiving any email confirmation, I searched my online banking statements but found no record of the transaction. Despite contacting my bank, they couldn't find any information either. This morning, I contacted FLYNYON but they had no record of my purchase and asked for a code from GROUPON, which I never received.
To remedy the situation, I made another purchase through GROUPON with a different credit card, but faced the same issue of not receiving any confirmation. Feeling frustrated and wasting hours trying to resolve this, I eventually decided to buy directly from FLYNYON. Later, to my surprise, I discovered both of my cards were charged but still without any confirmation.
I'm deeply disappointed by this experience with GROUPON and feeling cheated. I hope to have the charges of $[redacted] canceled or refunded promptly. Please contact me at [redacted] between 10am-6pm Eastern Time tomorrow. Thank you. - Ani A.

I have attempted to contact Groupon multiple times regarding an expired voucher that I couldn't redeem because of hurricane-related issues. Despite receiving daily deals from them, I have not received any response to my emails inquiring about extending the expiration date. I initially reached out two weeks ago after my voucher expired on the 29th due to being unable to leave my hometown post-hurricane Florence. The app error message I receive when trying to resolve the issue only adds to my frustration.
