In late August, I purchased 2 sets of Discovery Kids 24-piece magnetic tile sets. Initially, I did not receive an order confirmation email. Upon contacting Groupon support, I was informed that the order did not go through, prompting me to reorder 2 sets. Last week, I received the first 2 sets, which was great. However, today, a duplicate delivery of 2 sets arrived, causing confusion. Upon checking with my bank, it confirmed that I placed both orders on 9/10/[redacted]. The order ID number for today's delivery is G[redacted]83, dated 9/7/[redacted], adding to the puzzlement. I do not have the order details from the previous week as I discarded the packaging. It seems odd that both orders placed on the same day arrived separately, leading to misunderstandings. I seek clarification on why I received both sets and why customer service initially claimed the first order was missing. Having a clear order tracking system would greatly benefit customers and prevent such confusion in the future.

I recently stayed at Travelodge Wyhdham Absecon from July 9-11, [redacted]. However, upon reviewing my charges, I noticed I was double billed for each day and an additional day on July 13, totaling $52+tax for each day. The hotel experience was unpleasant as the air conditioning was inadequate, I had transportation issues to the Broadwalk, and there were no nearby amenities. I expressed my concerns to the staff but received no resolution or compensation. I am requesting a refund for the extra charges and the unsatisfactory stay. I only stayed on July 9, 10, and 11.

I purchased a Groupon voucher for eyebrow microblading at The Dolce Brow Bar Microblading. Despite their claim of having a certified beautician, I discovered that the procedure was actually done by the owner's 19-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, my eyebrows now look unnatural, with the wrong color and an uneven shape. I am requesting a refund so I can seek corrective treatment at a professional salon. I needed to reschedule my second appointment, and when Dolce couldn't accommodate the new date, I expressed my desire for a refund via text, stating that I preferred not to return to their establishment due to the unsatisfactory results. Thank you for your assistance.

I mistakenly booked two appointments at Studio 78 Salon when I only intended to book one, which was already difficult to schedule. Additionally, I believe I have a credit from a prior unused service, possibly for a cell phone holder. I would like to confirm the credit and understand how to utilize it. I am requesting a refund for the second salon service as I am dissatisfied with the situation, especially considering the lack of a customer service phone number for direct assistance. Thank you, Linda S.

I booked a room in Gatlinburg, TN for a three-day stay, but it was unpleasant with mold in the rooms that was not suitable for my family. The hotel's actual condition didn't match the advertised information on the website. The hotel staff suggested contacting Groupon for a full refund after we refused the room. I have been trying to reach your customer service line listed online without success, causing frustration. I am awaiting a refund of $[redacted].55 charged to my checking account on 9-14-18. The hotel ensured a smooth cancellation process with Groupon, so please expedite the refund. The account belongs to Courtney T. and Becky T. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you.

I have reached out multiple times and received inadequate responses along with thank yous for my patience. This ongoing issue has persisted for over a month now regarding the cash refunds promised by two restaurants in Oceanside, Long Island: Jaro bar with a 25% refund and Sufiya grill with a 15% cashback. The total amount for both refunds should roughly amount to $20.00. Is this sum so significant that it cannot be refunded promptly? This is a matter of principle for me, and I am committed to holding your service to its promise of cash refunds. I intend to discourage others from engaging in similar deals where cash refunds are guaranteed. Please address this matter urgently as I am exhausted from the delays. Kindly, M. Skutelsky. Refrain from sending further emails thanking me for my "patience" and focus on resolving the issue.

I would like a refund for a massage purchase that I made on your site. I paid $72.00 for a massage that was listed for $35.00. The service provider is fully booked until November, which doesn't work for me as I will be leaving Salt Lake City on October 5th. This is my first time using this site, and I have realized that due to the discounted prices, availability might be limited. My name is Brenda Koopman from Battle Ground, WA. I utilized my debit card for the transaction, with the email [redacted] associated with my account. I also believe there might have been an error with another email, hawaiianbabyb. I have screenshots of the purchase for verification purposes. Thank you.

I recently purchased an expensive Dyson vacuum through Groupon, and unfortunately, it was delivered to an old address despite my current address being updated in my profile. I made the effort to visit the old address where FedEx claims it was delivered, but the current resident did not receive it. The Groupon chat support advised me to contact FedEx, which I already did, but they redirected me back to Groupon. This issue stemmed from an error on Groupon's part, not mine or FedEx's. I urgently need assistance from a customer service representative to rectify this situation. If not resolved promptly, I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company and escalate the matter by filing a complaint with the BBB. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, H.A. [redacted].

I inadvertently purchased a Groupon for carpet cleaning and encountered issues with returning it. Groupon mentioned I couldn't return it after 3 days. However, upon speaking with the cleaning company, they mentioned the possibility of refunds within 2 weeks. I am upset because the company refuses to honor the Groupon, stating it's only for first-time customers, a detail not specified on the Groupon. I wish to receive a refund to hire a different cleaning service as I'm dissatisfied with this experience. This has been a frustrating ordeal, and I feel let down. I trust Groupon and have never faced such problems before. I thought I could schedule a service when needed, but now am facing a loss if I cannot get a refund. I hope there is a resolution to this situation.

I placed an order for a SuperSaver deal in New Orleans yesterday which initially went through, but soon after I received a message from Groupon stating that my order would be refunded. The lack of an explanation for this refund has left me confused. I have been attempting to reach Groupon since yesterday afternoon without success, as there was no available live chat option as indicated. I am frustrated with the overall experience of having to communicate through a computer instead of with a live person. Could someone kindly clarify why my order got canceled and refunded? This information is essential for me to determine whether I should attempt to place another order for the City SuperSaver or if Groupon is no longer offering it.

My name is Betty G., and I am disappointed by my recent experience with a Groupon for eyeliner. I booked an appointment at Dermagraphics of Utah owned by Mellisa J. through Groupon. When I arrived, there was a delay letting me in, and Mellisa rushed through the process, not following my requests for plum eyeliner and wider liner. The ink started flaking off that night, and when I returned for microblading, she was inattentive and rushed me out. Not all spots were filled, and when I asked for a refund, Mellisa avoided the issue. Her lack of professionalism has left me out of over $[redacted] and with a botched eyeliner job. I have contacted her without a resolution. I believe she avoided using Groupon to cheat the system. I am a loyal Groupon user, and I hope to get a refund for this unfortunate situation. Thank you.

I have a voucher for Healing Hands Spa that expired on Sept 3. Despite making an appointment before the expiration, when I arrived they were overbooked. They signed my voucher for a later visit, but I've had trouble reaching them by phone. Each time I call, no one answers and the voicemail asks for a code. When I visited the store in person, there was no one present, despite the door being open. I even waited a few minutes and called out, but no response. I took a piece of paper from the counter to show I was there. I would like a refund or credit to my account.

Today I used a Groupon for a hair cut and highlights. Unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. I spent over 5 hours in the chair as my hair was processed, with the stylist disappearing for stretches of time. The result was damaged hair with white highlights instead of the caramel ones I requested. The attempted fix did not improve the situation, leaving me with uneven white highlights against my black natural hair. Due to my sensitive scalp and the time already spent at the salon, I had to leave with the unsatisfactory result. I am deeply disappointed and would like to request a refund for the service.

I have just finished assembling a king-sized bed. The outer frame is the correct size, as I verified the measurements on the website. However, the inner frame is completely off by 15cm. This is a bed with storage, so I am unable to attach the inner frame because when I pull it from one side, the other side is too far from the outer frame to be screwed in due to the 15cm difference. It seems like a double internal frame for a king-sized bed was sent instead of the correct one. My father and I spent the entire morning assembling the bed accurately, and we are now at the last step. This needs to be rectified immediately as we have guests arriving next week, and this is causing a delay.

I bought a Groupon for an oil change at Midas, but they refused to do it despite scanning my redeemed receipt. The employee was rude, making me feel like they simply didn't want to honor the Groupon. This has happened to me at Jiffy Lube as well. Disappointed with the treatment, I decided to go to Valvoline instead, even though I usually get Groupons there. Unfortunately, I couldn't find one this time and needed the service before a trip. I believe in following policies and want to make informed decisions, but I was caught off guard by Midas not accepting the Groupon or servicing my car.

I have been struggling all day with this. I'm frustrated with the process. I provided my information multiple times to return three items that are too small. Despite following instructions, I can't print the return label. The items are: [redacted], [redacted]59, [redacted]. After numerous failed attempts on chat and being redirected several times, I've had enough. One item arrived yesterday, while the other two have been in my possession for less than a month. Please send the return labels to my email, which is [redacted], to resolve this quickly. If I don't see progress soon, I will halt the payment. This process should not be this complicated, especially when free returns are advertised. Please address this promptly and provide the return labels as requested.

I recently visited Spa Black with an old Groupon, and they refused to accept the full face value of the card, even though it doesn't expire. This happened about a month ago, and I had to pay for my Dysport injections. At Ken's Auto, I bought a Christmas oil change gift for my husband, but he forgot to use it. I was told the face value I paid doesn't expire, but they didn't honor it, and we ended up paying over $[redacted] for a brake job. When I tried to schedule my last Ultrasound facelift appointment, the business had closed. I no longer need the wash, cut, and single process hair color I purchased because my daughter doesn't want it. I also have a dinner and movie offer that I couldn't use due to illness and would like a refund for both purchases. My name is Vanessa McKendrick.

My credit card declined my purchase, so I tried again. Now I have unintentionally purchased a total of 18 tickets for Fleitz Pumpkin Patch on Groupon. I only intended to buy 4 tickets. I kindly request Groupon to cancel the extra 2 purchases of 6 tickets each and refund me the money. The original offer was for $9 each. I am uncertain if there were any taxes added. The total charge on my first credit card tried was $18. My contact number is [redacted], and my email is [redacted] Thank you.

Hello, my name is Michelle F. from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Recently, I bought two birthday packages from a local trampoline place called Boomers. I've been trying to schedule my daughter's party but haven't been able to reach them for two weeks now. I even went by during their supposed business hours and found the doors locked, with no signs of activity. I've heard rumors that the place might be closed. With my daughter's birthday coming up, and $[redacted] invested in those packages, I'm feeling frustrated. I would prefer a refund at this point, as I'm concerned about the company's reliability. I want to ensure a smooth experience for my daughter's celebration, and the current situation is making me uneasy about hosting her party there.

Before buying a Groupon, I contacted the vendor to inquire about being a returning customer, and they agreed to honor that over the phone. We scheduled an appointment, and then I bought the Groupon. However, when I showed up, I was informed that the deal was only for new customers. Even though the vendor verbally confirmed it, there was no record of our conversation. They advised me to seek a refund through Groupon. When I questioned this, the receptionist mentioned it's a common practice, which sadly indicates their consistent disorganization and misleading information. I double-checked all the details before making the purchase, and now the vendor's stance has changed, causing unnecessary trouble. I wouldn't have made the purchase without the vendor's initial approval.
