Why is it that service companies refuse to answer call...oh yes because they can behave horribly and not listen to people they have lied to.*I have emailed Groupon several times over the problem and notified your service as well.*Groupon is insisting they cannot help as they only step in when services are not complete. Well that is exactly what I am trying to get accomplished.*I bought a * hour session from Bubbly Cleaning. They sent a cleaner who stayed for *.* hours and left. Now when I schedule a session to complete the time *.* hours, they show a credit if iver $***.**, but insist they need $**.** more to complete the appointment. So I am held hostage with the remainder of a * hour cleaning session because their person left before completing the time...they indicated the additional funds are due to the cleaner they are assigning has a higher hourly wage..oh and this is a second appointment. *Groupon has been very cavalier and seems to think this is fine...bait and switch...add $**.** and hold hostage over $***.** of my funds they have ...and this is acceptable...why?*PLEASE HELP * I have suggested they credit me the funds and allow me to use the remainder with another cleaning company on Groupon...I have yet to hear a response from Groupon.
