Have a good nights sleep before work ... We have received one of our item on Saturday **th September which was only one mattress out of two which was only one issue second of all we unwrapped the package to prepare to put out on bed ,only then did we noticed that ther was a wet mould smell even after an hour or two the damp smell was getting stronger ,so then we decided that it is unsatisfactoy for anyone to sleep on it so we did our best to RE wrap it up again obviously it was compress by machine so we did our very best . The delivery order number is (jjd****************)customer reference number (********** date **-**-**** and it would be grateful if someone could send out a returns form out in the post due to we are having difficulties due to not having a laptop or computer and we would be grateful if we get a refund back please our address is **d queensway*Ruskington*Sleaford*Lincolnshire*Ng** *ET
The kids had to sleep in our beds whilst we had to sleep on floor
By returning the item back and getting a full refund
Because we paid for a product which should provide a satisfactory service of goods
