Hi! On august **, I purchased a Groupon voucher for a cleaning company in phila called "Kleen Freeks". The cost was ** dollars. Since then I have been trying to call the business, to try to set up a time to have them come to my apartment in king of prussia, pa(within their business zone), to clean. Unfortunately...no human ever answers. Instead you get a tape recording, letting you know that their mailbox is full, so you can't leave any messages!!! I am u believably frustrated, and tired of all the time I am wasting on this. I request a refund from you, please, and perhaps I will book with a different cleaning company, through Groupon, at a later date. For now, I need to have this voucher cancelled and refunded. I am very busy with doctors appointments and lab tests, as I am a cancer patient, and do not have time to sit on the phone for hours, endlessly trying to contact the company.
