I have contacted Brittany for the past * months attempting to schedule an appointment to no avail. It is clear she does not prioritize appointments for groupon customers and I am very disappointed in the lack of professional communication. It took her THREE WEEKS to respond to one of my messages. This groupon will expire on October **th and she has told me she is unavailable to accommodate my request for an appointment before then. **I need a refund immediately. This was a waste of money and I am very frustrated.
