The issue in GetHuman-rjharker's own words
I brought a voucher to get my nails done at Lily’s in Lower Hutt Wellington New Zealand. They took the $** out of my account and have never sent me the voucher. I “signed up” when I brought the voucher. When I tried to sign in it said there was an error so I clicked “forgot password” and they emails me saying the email address wasn’t assigned to an account so I signed up again and the voucher appeared so I emailed it to myself but the attachment is blank. So I tried to log in again and once again got the same result saying I didn’t have an account. So I signed up again in the hope I would see the voucher again but it says I haven’t brought anything on the account. I just want to voucher emailed to me so I haven’t lost my money.
GetHuman-rjharker did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
