Ordered shiatsu foot massager. On **** AM. *Nothing came through as per usual to tell me the Order went through. **I chatted with your rep within ** minutes of my order. He said there was no record of my purchase. *So I re ordered. **Then I look ** min later and there are * massagers ordered. **Talked to a *nd rep. She said she would look into it quickly as I wanted * orders canceled. She would email me and I gave her the email under my name. **** minutes later I talked to rep **- who said there was no way they could cancel the * extra orders. **They have yet to be mailed out.
