Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I bought * sightseeing flex passes for las Vegas * attractions. We went to use our first activity at maverick helicopter and were told that only one of our passes were valid!! Wth! I attempted to contact groupon but was unable and couldn't do the activity! Now we only have a day and a half left here and there's no way, if you fixed the problem, we could even do * things!! The things we wanted to do need reservations!! I want my money refunded, and refunded fast, so we can buy an individual groupon to ride the helicopters before we leave. This is really terrible and inconvenient. We were counting on these passes for our short vacation and it really ***** that they didn't work. Please make this better. Thanks.
