I used Code [redacted]7 for my appointment at the salon. Last month, I attempted to schedule a mani-pedi when my voucher was still valid, but the salon staff were unhelpful. Despite being polite and explaining my situation, they claimed there were no openings. Fortunately, my husband managed to extend the voucher through Groupon. Upon my return from the UK, I booked an appointment for Sunday at 6pm, presenting the updated voucher which stated a redemption value of $15.50. The salon insisted on a code and charged an extra $10, which was not clearly stated in the voucher. Despite the added cost, I chose not to complain in hopes of a positive experience. Unfortunately, the nail technician's attitude was unwelcoming and harsh throughout the appointment, making me feel uncomfortable. The overall service was disappointing, far from the relaxing treat I had anticipated for my birthday. The experience left me upset and dissatisfied with the service received.

I attempted to reach out regarding my coupon for the Bacchanal Buffet in Las Vegas. The printed coupon did not reflect the purchase of two meals, causing confusion upon arrival as they only honored one, leading me to pay for the second. I am requesting a refund for the full price of the second buffet, which was $46.26 including $6.27 tax for both meals. Additionally, I believe there was a misrepresentation of the coupon's value as it stated $60 when the buffet's actual price was $39.99. I am greatly disappointed with this situation.

I purchased two LegacyBox Groupons and redeemed both for my photos, slides, and movies. I opted for a zip drive and downloads but didn't order DVDs assuming they were included. LegacyBox is requesting proof that the Groupon included DVDs. They need to see the page with the voucher code and the fine print underneath for each Groupon. I can provide the unredeemed voucher with the code GBFMVVWB but need a copy of the other one with the code GBFMENMR. Since I already used these codes, I can't access the information again. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter and clarifying to LegacyBox that redeemed vouchers don't show fine print and disappear once used. Thank you for your support.

I mistakenly purchased three Groupon tours for a 9-day Nepal trip instead of two. Erica V. attempted to resolve this, but I have yet to receive a refund for the extra ticket and all three tours are still listed on the Groupon site. Here is the conversation with Erica V. regarding this issue:

When I scheduled my appointment with Slim Co, I specifically inquired about a procedure for my neck due to my medical history. They assured me it could be done. I bought three laser treatments for my neck area but upon arrival, the technician stated they couldn't use the paddles on my neck and suggested other areas. With my medical conditions, I declined. The technician mentioned the possibility of a refund. Slim Co informed me that they were unable to assist and advised contacting Groupon for resolution.

I bought two Groupons from Legacybox and have already submitted my photos for digitizing. The Groupon was supposed to include DVDs, and I also purchased a zip drive and download option. Now, Legacybox is requesting proof that my Groupon covered the DVDs. They need the page with the Voucher Code and details in the "fine print" for both purchased Groupons. I purchased three pink Pur tech charging cables on July 1st. One of them stopped working after a few days, and the second one showed an error message saying it may not support the device. They are supposed to be guaranteed for six months. I have tried contacting the company three times through chat, but no resolution yet. I hope they can be replaced. I am a frequent shopper on Groupon and have not had issues before. However, if I do not receive an email from someone in charge, I may reconsider buying from them in the future and share my experience with others.

I am still M., and I have chatted with four customer service representatives in the past eight days regarding $20 in unexplained charges that have appeared on my account. I am frustrated by the runaround I am receiving, and I feel insulted by the nonsensical explanations they are providing. On August 7, I placed an order for an exercise bike using Paypal. Although the courier called on August 10, we missed the delivery due to a hospital appointment. Despite being assured of a Monday delivery, the item has not arrived as of August 21. An email from Groupon on August 20 added to the confusion, as the order was apparently still in my basket while out for delivery. I request expedited shipping for my order.

My daughter gifted us 2 Rod Stewart tickets for tomorrow night purchased from Groupon in January. The voucher numbers are #[redacted]6 and #[redacted]5. I purchased a Groupon on August 17, [redacted]. When I tried to make an appointment the same day, the website wouldn't accept my Groupon code. I tried all the numbers on my Groupon and entered my email address, but nothing happened. I called Exclusive Wellness and Aesthetics, left messages yesterday and today, and someone called back today. Hello, my mother purchased a birthday gift for my sister and me from Groupon for two microdermabrasion treatments with an enzyme peel at Face Lash and Brow Studio in Chicago. I reserved a room at Margaritaville, but upon arrival, I was informed that their services were combined with the Flamingo Hotel. The Flamingo staff told me Margaritaville had no hotel rooms, just a bar, and my confirmation number was invalid. They couldn't provide me with a room and didn't understand why I was sent there. Additionally, my card was charged $46.99. This experience has caused me stress, and I will not use Groupon due to this misinformation. I expect a full refund on my debit card. I had to find emergency accommodation due to being misinformed.

I purchased a pet bed, but did not receive a confirmation so I placed the order again. The next day, I received an email confirming both orders. I attempted to cancel one through the chat option but didn't get a response. The day after, I was informed that both orders were shipped.
