I used a coupon for the Mojito Run on Saturday, but it didn't work, so I had to pay the full price. I'm requesting a refund for the amount I paid with the coupon. If I don't receive a refund, I will contact the Better Business Bureau. Just to clarify, I paid $69 for the Groupon and then the full price of $[redacted] for the tickets. This situation is unfair, and it's important that if the coupon doesn't work, I get my money back. Thank you.

After providing my order number to the hair stylist following my appointment, I was informed her website might be experiencing technical difficulties. I shared my information despite feeling uneasy. Following this, I made an additional payment of $75, assuming I could sort out any issues with the Groupon later if necessary. I initially paid for the Groupon and also used my credit card that day. However, I did not hear from the stylist until 8/14, when she deceitfully scheduled a new appointment without my knowledge to fraudulently charge me $75 for the original Groupon and now demands an extra $[redacted]. I possess documentation supporting my claims. This deceptive behavior is distressing, and the inflated charges for services not rendered correctly raise serious concerns about her integrity. Comparing her current Groupon prices only adds to the confusion.

I bought a package from Groupon/Heritage Way for 3 microdermabrasion and chemical peel treatments for $93. The fine print stated that clients cannot have been active in the last 2 years. I met this requirement as I hadn't been a client for over 2 years. However, when I went in for my appointment on August 16, I was told they wouldn't provide the 3 treatments because I had received that specific treatment before. This condition was not outlined in the fine print, which only mentioned not being an active client in the last 2 years. This is my first time purchasing anything from Groupon, and I feel let down. I am seeking a resolution, either receiving the other 2 treatments or a refund so I can go elsewhere. I hope to hear back promptly to address this issue. Thank you. E. J. Forth.

I placed an order for prefilled CBD vape pens on 8/12/18, and I've been encountering issues with the voucher code on the VapeGods website. I've been in contact with Jeff from customer service but have yet to receive a resolution. Jeff assured me that my items would be shipped on 8/13 and a tracking number would be provided, but no follow-through occurred. Feeling frustrated and concerned that I might have been scammed, I am disappointed with the lack of communication and support. I'm also puzzled by the absence of a phone number for assistance. I am requesting either a refund or prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Kindly reach out to me at [redacted].

I need assistance with verifying the status of my Groupons. The Groupon is still in my account, and I am unsure if it has been utilized. I am hesitant to mark it as "redeemed" to prevent any confusion. Although the promotion's expiration date has passed, I would like to utilize the amount I paid for it. I require guidance on how to ascertain this information to print a form for the restaurant, ensuring they acknowledge the Groupon's value. I appreciate any support; however, I am puzzled as to why I receive messages about the situation being resolved without receiving any actual feedback regarding my queries through chat, phone calls, or responses.

Dear Customer Service,
I am Carol Morgan residing at [redacted] Brookview Court, Howell, New Jersey, [redacted]. I made a purchase of 2 Blood Pressure Heart Rate Monitor Fitness Watches on June 18, [redacted]. The product impressed me as it accurately monitored blood pressure, which was the reason for my purchase.
On August 12, [redacted], the monitor I was using suddenly ceased to function. Despite attempting to charge it multiple times, it remained unresponsive. My efforts to contact customer service were futile, as the automated response directed me to a website with no solution. I am contacting you via email in hopes of receiving assistance, a refund, and a return address label.
Anticipating a prompt resolution.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am John Wallace III. I bought a tattoo Groupon for Revelation 5:12 Tattoo in Austin, TX. I went to the location but found out it no longer existed. Groupon issued me a trade-in value which I used for G6 Studios in Houston, TX. However, upon visiting G6 Studios I was told they do not accept Groupon and I had to pay for my tattoo myself. I am frustrated by this confusion and would like an explanation and a refund for the time and money spent dealing with this issue. I hope for a response and a plan to resolve this matter promptly.
Thank you,
-John Wallace III

Hello, I recently checked my online banking account and discovered an unauthorized purchase of a Groupon on August 15th-16th for $[redacted].38. Despite contacting customer service through live chat and my bank, no resolution was reached. Urgently seeking assistance, I tried calling the provided number but was unsuccessful. The purchase seems to be for a Lake Tahoe hotel stay priced at $[redacted], which doesn't align with my schedule nor my usual Groupon usage. Requesting reimbursement as I did not make this purchase. Any help in resolving this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated, as this unexpected charge is causing financial strain. Your prompt attention to this matter would be valuable. Thank you for your assistance.

I ordered two sets of sheets but received three, even though I only ordered two. The charges appeared as a monthly recurring order on my bank statement. I tried to contact customer service through the chat, but did not get a response. I paid the initial amount but canceled the recurring payment. However, I was later charged multiple times on PayPal for amounts that seem excessive and inaccurate. This experience has made me lose trust in Groupon. I shouldn't be billed four times for cheap quality sheets I did not order. I want these charges removed from my PayPal account as soon as possible. Please address this issue promptly and issue a refund. Thank you.

I purchased 2 Las Vegas Sightseeing Flex Passes for 3 attractions. When we tried to use the first pass at Maverick Helicopter, we were informed that only one pass was valid. I tried to reach out to Groupon without success, which meant we couldn't do the activity. With only a day and a half left on our vacation, it's impossible to fit in all the activities we planned that require reservations. I request a quick refund so that we can purchase an individual Groupon for the helicopter ride before we depart. This situation is disappointing and inconvenient as we relied on these passes for our short trip. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Thank you.

On August 16, [redacted], Representative Glen was supposed to send me a confirmation for a $16.00 refund for Hair Razors in Clermont, FL. However, I never received it. I'm also concerned because he mentioned my account and name were hacked and suggested a company to fix it. When I inquired about the cost to fix it, he suddenly disconnected the call. Now, I'm feeling scared and worried. This experience has left me apprehensive about using Groupon. Please get in touch regarding the refund and to address whether this individual attempted to scam me. Thank you.

I am Linda D. I bought a 60-minute massage deal from Massage Green Spa in Petaluma using the redemption code: GP60M1S[redacted]. Today, before it expires on 8/18/18, I wanted to use my voucher. However, upon checking Groupon's website, I discovered that the Petaluma Spa has closed down. Interestingly, the same redemption code was used at a West Sacramento location. I contacted them, but they couldn't honor my voucher as they were a different franchise. I've been trying to resolve this with Groupon but haven't had any luck. I am requesting a refund of $49. Please address this promptly. Thank you, Linda D., PO Box [redacted], Glen Ellen, CA [redacted].

I recently received my press play Venue case for my iPhone 6 Plus and used it immediately. Unfortunately, I left my phone in a grocery cart at the store. Thankfully, a kind gentleman in white, who collects money for the Catholic Church, found my phone and returned it to me. When I got home, I noticed that the phone screen was badly cracked and the new case had scratches on the corner, leaving the phone unprotected. I believe the damage occurred while the phone was in the grocery cart. Can I please request a replacement case from you? I also have a screen protector on the way from Groupon that has not been delivered yet.

I recently bought a year's membership at Sam's Club and was prompted to redeem it online. When attempting to redeem it, I was asked for a redemption code which I did not possess. By using the app, I located my purchase and selected redeem. It provided a screen with a voucher # and a code #, but no redeem code. I suspect I unintentionally redeemed my voucher on the app. Despite having paperwork detailing my purchase and usage deadline, I am unsure if I have all the necessary information to obtain my membership card at Sam's Club. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I am writing regarding a mattress ordered by my mother-in-law in December. Despite minimal care instructions, I have been diligent in rotating the mattress to maintain it. I weigh 8.5 stone, so I am not heavy, yet within weeks, the mattress has sagged on one side and slopes towards the middle. This has caused me back and neck pain, making it incredibly uncomfortable to sleep. I understand your returns policy mentions not accepting returns for hygiene reasons, but my back pain and poor sleep quality have led me to seek your advice on this matter. The order was placed by Christine M. and addressed to my husband, Andrew M. The order number is #1[redacted]21-[redacted].

Castro, and my email is [redacted] I was unaware my card was being used for these transactions. I am unable to reach support, so I am seeking assistance here. I will have someone help me with ordering correctly in the future. Please confirm the refund for the two charges on the 15th and the two charges today. I appreciate your help.

Hello. I made a mistake yesterday and accidentally purchased 3 adult and 3 children's tickets totaling almost $[redacted] for the aquarium in San Francisco. I had intended to buy tickets for the Monterey Aquarium but realized my error shortly after submitting the order. I promptly emailed a cancellation request, as I am aware that within 3 days of the purchase, I can still cancel all transactions if they have not been redeemed, as stated on your site. The charges are still pending, so I am hoping you can cancel them. I do not live in the area and do not have any connections in San Francisco. I am a frequent user of your services and kindly request that you consider this human error and cancel the transactions. Thank you. - Shirley Barda

Yesterday evening, I bought 4 coupons on Groupon for Spa Castle, intending to use them on August 18 in the evening. This was my first time using Groupon, so I was unsure what to do after completing the transaction. When I asked my cousin for help, she instructed me to click on "view voucher" to print it or take a screenshot. Despite my confusion, I pressed "redeem" by mistake while trying to take a screenshot, and it marked one coupon as used at 11:06 pm last night. Now, I am uncertain about what to do since the tickets are for me, my parents, and my sister, and we plan to use them tonight at the spa. After speaking with Spa Castle, they advised me to contact Groupon and explain the situation in the hope of getting it resolved. If necessary, I can provide screenshots of the ticket purchase as proof. Please assist me with this issue.

I had a disappointing experience with a bait and switch tactic regarding a Groupon purchase for the Chicago Architectural boat ride. Upon arrival, the company was unable to accept the Groupon as advertised, causing distress especially for my two elderly aunts who have mobility issues. It was disheartening to trust Groupon and end up not being able to enjoy the boat ride. I kindly request a refund for this misleading charge. It is important to correct this misrepresentation and ensure that other customers are not similarly misled in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Upon reviewing the deal, I compared the information on Groupon with the company's website. The Groupon offer is labeled as the Waikiki Shoreline tour, whereas the company's website does not feature a tour by that name. The website showcases a single tour priced at $[redacted] per person for a 30-minute flight over the Waikiki area, which I assumed was the discounted tour on Groupon. However, upon receiving our booking confirmation, we discovered the flight duration was only 15 minutes. When we contacted the company to discuss cancellation, they directed us back to Groupon. Notably, the Groupon advertisement did not specify the flight duration, and the company's website did not mention a Waikiki Shoreline Flight. In my view, the discounted rate is misleading and somewhat inaccurately advertised.
