Hello,
I purchased a Groupon deal on 8/4/[redacted] using the email address: [redacted] The deal is for one Dana Wharf Whale Watching adult ticket priced at $21. However, I encountered an issue when trying to access my Groupon account to print out the coupon. Despite trying to reset my password, I received an email stating that my account was not recognized. This is concerning as I have already scheduled a whale watching trip for Thursday, 8/16 with my family and may have to purchase tickets again if I cannot access the coupon.
I have included some purchase information from my online banking for your reference. Date of Purchase: 8/4/[redacted], Card Type: Visa, Cardholder Name: Wa Xu, Reference Number: [redacted], Merchant Category Code: [redacted].
If necessary, I can provide a screenshot of the transaction from my online banking. Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] to assist me with this issue promptly.
Thank you,
Lisa

I am requesting a $78.50 refund from Groupon. When using my Groupon voucher at Kristen Salon, the stylist suggested I purchase another one, promising it would be honored on my next visit, which led me to buy another voucher and schedule a follow-up appointment. Upon returning, the stylist informed me the salon owner had decided against allowing returning clients to use the new client Groupon. I am seeking a refund as I wouldn't have bought the second voucher without the stylist's encouragement. The salon manager advised me to pursue a refund through Groupon, as they were unable to assist me further.

I processed a return, but the website crashed, prompting me to check back later. When I returned to "My Groupons", the cake slicer and lifter item had vanished. Despite that, PayPal promptly refunded my account, which is excellent news. However, I did not receive a shipping label.
Now I'm unsure whether I should still send back the item. Should I skip the return process entirely?
I won't be making any further purchases from Groupon until they offer phone support.

I purchased a Groupon deal for Extreme Clean in February and followed their instructions to schedule a cleaning. Unfortunately, they had to cancel last minute due to a family emergency. We agreed to reschedule, but after not hearing back for a while, I tried reaching out multiple times to no avail. We played phone tag for a bit until I finally got in touch with the owner, who seemed to have mistakenly thought it was already scheduled. He assured me it would be taken care of, but it's now June, and I still haven't heard back. I've decided to move on from them and would like a refund of $49.

Yesterday was my 48th birthday, and I bought tickets online for a Chicago boat tour. When we arrived at Dusable Harbor, the only ship available was the Ann Dee II, which was confusing as we were expecting a different vessel. An employee reassured us we were in the right place. Unfortunately, we couldn't reserve or redeem our voucher 38 minutes before boarding as the link was unavailable. When I contacted Chicago Tour Guide customer service, I was informed all seats were already booked with none available, which was not mentioned on the website or Groupon. Despite arriving on time, we couldn't board the boat on my birthday. I would appreciate a refund as this outing was planned and purchased for my special day. I have spoken with a representative from the Chicago tour boat company who advised me to reach out to Groupon. You can reach me at [redacted] for further assistance.

Hello,
I've had good experiences with Groupon previously, but this time was a complete disaster. I bought a 90-minute massage voucher, but everything went wrong. The therapist was unprofessional from the start, cutting my time down to 80 minutes without explanation.
After enduring 32 minutes of pain, she abruptly stopped, saying the voucher was for a full-body massage only, a detail not mentioned before. Despite trying to compromise, she refused to continue after 32 minutes. This situation left me extremely disappointed. Any help to resolve this matter would be highly appreciated.
Thanks,
J. K.

On August 5, I purchased a $48.00 coupon for 2 one-way trips from O'Hare airport through GO Airport Express for a teachers' conference in Chicago from August 6 to 9. Despite receiving a confirmation email, I couldn't download the voucher to my phone. I carried a hard copy of the email, but the company wouldn't accept it as proof. Consequently, I paid for my own transportation and didn't use the voucher (No. 1[redacted]87-[redacted]). Now, I am seeking a refund for the coupon cost. I appreciate your assistance.

Hello, I am Susan, and I need your assistance. As a teacher on a tight budget, I greatly appreciate Groupon for allowing me to enjoy activities without breaking the bank. Recently, I purchased a Groupon for Riverside Hot Pot to go with a friend who is also a teacher and two military friends. Unfortunately, my military friends were suddenly deployed to Russia, and our outing needs to be rescheduled. With the school starting soon, I won't be able to use the Groupon on time. I would like to avoid wasting the money I spent, considering my financial situation. Is there a possibility of receiving credit for future Groupon purchases instead of a refund? I value your help and have been a loyal Groupon customer for years. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. - Susan

I placed order number [redacted] on Monday. Upon reviewing the invoice, I noticed that the first line of my address was missing; only my road was mentioned. I distinctly remember including my house name during the ordering process. My accurate address should be “Caxton Pride” Hackmans Lane, Cock Clarks, Chelmsford, Essex CM3 6RE. I'm worried that my order might not reach me. Your records should show that I provided my full address during the order. Could you please make the necessary correction? Thank you.

I purchased an Emerald air fryer from Groupon on June 21st. The non-stick coating on the pan has peeled off after only 5 uses, which is concerning as it may contaminate the food or even catch on fire. I am not seeking a refund, only a replacement for a non-defective product. My order number is [redacted] under AnDrea Aguayo. You can reach me at [redacted] This defect should not have occurred so quickly and I believe it is a factory issue, not from regular use. Please contact me at [redacted]. Regards, JT Wheeler.

I had a chat with the vendor regarding my Groupon deal for converting VHS tapes to DVD. I provided the redemption code GSVQDMUL for a deal covering the conversion of 3 tapes, but I encountered issues with additional costs for DVDs. Bethany from Southtree explained that Groupon vouchers only cover conversion costs, not the output format like DVDs. Despite previously converting tapes with them, this experience was frustrating. I expressed my disappointment with having to pay extra for output formats like DVDs and compared their pricing to local options. Bethany clarified the different costs for output formats and the reason behind it not being included in the Groupon. I requested to speak with a supervisor, sharing my contact information as [redacted].

I had a prenatal massage appointment on the 13th this month and faced difficulty finding the office. Despite providing names of other businesses in the building, the therapist couldn't confirm the correct location. Being 8 months pregnant, moving around quickly is a challenge for me. It was suggested I drive around the building to locate the address, which could have been avoided if I was informed that arriving late would shorten my treatment time. Despite paying for 90 minutes, my session was cut by 30 minutes. The therapist even noted my body still felt stressed afterwards. I am dissatisfied with the massage experience and the overall ordeal. I won't be returning for a second treatment. My feedback was promptly rebutted by the therapist who incorrectly directed me to keep driving around. I hope to hear back soon.

I purchased a two-year subscription for the Sunday L.A. Daily Newspapers but encountered issues trying to reach the seller regarding my complaint. When I spoke to L.A. Daily News customer service, they stated that my subscription was only valid for one year. I also faced problems with receiving my newspapers on time according to their records. After numerous complaints, I eventually started receiving the Sunday newspapers. However, instead of compensating me for the missed deliveries, they shortened my subscription without explanation until June 10, [redacted]. Feeling something was amiss, I tried contacting the phone number [redacted] listed by the seller, but was redirected to Groupon for assistance. Upon reaching out to Groupon's customer service through Tushar, I was provided with Ticket Id [redacted][redacted]87 for further investigation and follow-up via email.

I bought a Groupon for Skin Station a year ago for my mom, and recently bought a new one for her to have two massages and a facial. However, Skin Station tried to double charge for gratuity, claiming their coupon policy prohibits using vouchers twice, even though they were different vouchers from [redacted] and [redacted]. They insisted I couldn't use the same deal twice, which is not accurate according to the coupon policy. I am requesting a refund and for Skin Station's Groupon offer to be removed from your website if they are mistreating customers. Please contact me to discuss this issue and provide information on when I can expect my refund. It's concerning when merchants like Skin Station might be taking advantage of customers who have used Groupon before.

I am frustrated because I bought a Groupon for Melodith Hair Salon, which is no longer in business, as advertised on your website. I have tried contacting the merchant without success and even visited the closed salon, indicating false advertising. I demand a refund of the $25 I paid. I do not wish to transfer the amount due to the fraudulent situation and I expect a reimbursement to my account or a credit for future use. I hope this issue can be resolved smoothly and promptly.

Please contact me regarding my order 10[redacted]37-[redacted]. I recently had my Cleveland Indians ticket seats changed for the August 18th game, and although I accepted the new seats due to lack of availability, I noticed they are priced at $56.00 each. I purchased 3 tickets for a total of $[redacted].50 through Groupon. After requesting a refund from the third-party seller, I was only offered a $60.00 credit as a gift certificate with you. I would prefer this credit to be applied to my M/C to address the issue with the seat change. I am curious as to why the price for the 3 seats was significantly higher. While I appreciate the attempt to assist, I believe a larger credit is warranted. Kindly reach out to me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] Additionally, there was a nearly incorrect email address for the tickets. I hope the tickets I printed are correct as I have a visit from my daughter who will accompany me to the game. Please provide guidance and assistance.

Hello. I recently purchased a Groupon for my girlfriend to use at a local salon. We have been experiencing unsatisfactory service with this stylist. Communication has been extremely poor, taking 72 hours for a single response via text. When trying to schedule an appointment, the stylist initially claimed to have an open schedule, only to inform us 3 days later that all slots were full and offered an appointment for the following week. Additionally, the location where the stylist works does not match the information provided, leading to further disappointment. We would like to transfer the Groupon to a more responsive stylist at the correct salon location. I can provide copies of the text exchanges for reference. Thank you for your assistance. My name is Timothy McNulty, and I can be reached at the email address provided or at [redacted].

I had a disappointing experience with a massage Groupon recently. The service was far from what I expected. The masseuse seemed unenthusiastic, the massage was painful, and she refused to provide the full duration I paid for, insisting on doing a different type of massage than I requested. Despite my flexibility, she abruptly stopped the session, claiming a full hour is only 50 minutes long anyway. It was evident she was not passionate about her work. I ended up leaving after just 32 minutes of the 90-minute session. If anyone wants more details, feel free to reach out. Thank you, J. Kushner.

I'm having trouble redeeming my Groupon for the Padelford Riverboats sightseeing tour. The instructions provided are not working, and I can't locate the voucher on the website. When I click on the link, it directs me to the riverboat page instead of the Groupon FAQ. I received a purchase confirmation email with the order number 1[redacted]96-[redacted]. Can someone please help me with this issue? Thank you.

I purchased a Groupon deal for a haircut and partial highlights at Salon 24 in Ann Arbor, Michigan for $54.50. However, when I arrived, the stylist dyed my entire head without giving me an option and informed me that I couldn't use the Groupon. The total cost ended up being $[redacted]. Throughout the appointment, she pressured me to write a positive review and even mentioned having my contact information. Both the haircut and color turned out poorly, and after researching online, I discovered similar experiences from other customers. When my mom tried to get a refund, the stylist initially offered a partial refund but then tried to overcharge her. Despite being told I couldn't redeem the Groupon, it was marked as used when I tried to exchange it. I am seeking a refund of $54.50 and believe that the negative reviews should be taken into account. This individual, Najwa, appears to have a history of dishonest behavior and should not be allowed to offer services through Groupon.
