To whom it may concern,**My name is John Wallace III, and I purchased a Groupon for a tattoo parlor in Austin, TX called Revelation *:** tattoo. After visiting the location given on Groupon’s website and attempting to contact the parlor for days, I guess Groupon customer service decided that the parlor no longer existed and they gave me the trade in value on my purchase. I then traded this value in on Groupon in order to get a tattoo at a parlor in Houston, TX called G* studios. I contacted the studio, and mentioned the Groupon when I made my appointment. Upon arrival at G* I was informed that they do NOT take Groupon and that I would have to pay for my tattoo out of pocket. I do not know what type of miscommunication is happening within the company but I would like an explanation and a refund for all the money, time and effort that I have spent trying to deal with this situation. I understand that “things happen”, but it is ridiculous that I am continually being screwed over due to Groupon’s negligence to update their website or clientele. I would appreciate a response and an action plan to remedy this situation. **Thank you in advance,**-John Wallace III
