I previously bought a Groupon for skin Station or year ago for my mom as a gift I use that coupon and when I saw the deal again this year **** I purchased it so my mom can get another service from them I actually purchased for two massages one facial they skin station try to charge my mother double for gratuity because this is the second time she was utilizing their Groupon voucher even though it was a brand new Groupon voucher skin station stated under coupon policy you cannot use the same voucher but I explained the vouchers were two separate voucher numbers one purchased in **** and one recently purchased in **** they stated that because I went there a year before to use the same deal under group on policy I cannot do that which is not true coupon policy states that we cannot use the steam voucher twice under the same boat your number twice for the same deal one voucher for one time use I would like my refund and for the Groupon for skin Station To be pulled for them your website because they must be robbing other customers like they tried to rob me please contact me regarding this incident and please advise how soon I can get my refund because it makes me very weary on using Groupon know when you have merchants trying to steal money from customers who have utilize your Groupon before
