On the **th of this month, I went to my prenatal massage appointment and had trouble locating the office. When I called to ask if I was parked at the correct location, by giving the names of other businesses in the building, the therapist wasn’t aware if whether it was correct or not. As I am * months pregnant, it’s hard for me to move around and walk to see an address on a building quickly and not fear leaving my car in a “tow away” lot. So it was recommended, by the therapist, that I try driving around the building to see the address. I had called prior to my appointment in attempt to find the office. All of this could’ve been avoided if I were informed that if the session began later, time would be taken from my treatment. I was absolutely stressed and upset about having my treatment cut by ** minutes. I paid for ** minutes. After my treatment the therapist even mentioned that my body still felt stressed. I am very dissatisfied with the massage and the ordeal overall. I won’t be able to drive back to attempt a second chance of treatment, nor do I wish to do so. I have been left beyond upset and my review of my experience was immediately “corrected” by the therapist. It was by her suggestion that I kept driving around to find the building, which I found out, that was the building I had been at previously. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible.
