I was sent a dress and it was a large. It was too big for me, so I decided to return it, and order two dresses in a medium. I refused delivery on the package and it was sent back to me. How is that? I do not have a printer and I'm not going to pay *.** a piece to return these dresses to you. There should be a way to get a sticker sent with the order since you claim free shipping and free returns that is not the case. I have decided to stop using this website unless you all make things right. I have * dresses to return and I will have to pay you to return them? Most reputable businesses come with a pre-printed label to return. This seems like a cheap way for you to make money. Please respond to me or I will no longer be a customer and I did refer a friend. Laura Ellis, my sister who lives at my address and never got paid for that.
