Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-jjsquare's own words
order ********** arrived in a over sized box with the dehumidifier in side. poorly packed the box stuffed with bubble wrap to file up the large open spaces. Guess what the box was crushed and the top of the dehumidifier cracked.**You claim the item was non returnable and even sold me a * year warranty. With whom???**I have pictures of the damage.*so if a customer buys something it is damaged in shipment the customer is out $*** and Groupon says sorry that's the way it is. **It appears that Groupon has on customer service nor interest in satisfied customer.**I am writing the BBB with the details and see what happens from there.**Oh by the way I have chatted, sent other responses in Ask you question and no responses to those either.
