I purchased a groupon for a haircut and hair color package in November. I immediately tried to schedule an appt with the salon owner, but when doing so, he said he was too busy. He said his neice would be the only one that could do it, but id need to cancel my groupon, and then he would schedule with his neice, and that I could pay her directly. I didn't agree, and have since not been able to get an appt. He never returns my calls, and said since the Groupon expired, he wouldnt be able to give me the same price for the service, and that he would "honor my credit" towards a new service. I said that would be fine, until he said id just have to pay him the difference, which he then went on to tell me was more than the amt of my original package! I shouldn't have to do this. I paid groupon for this, and its been * months full of stress and unnecessary hassle & anguish with no avail. I need this to be taken care of. I want to be compensated for the Groupon, and for the time, the distress and trouble this has cost me. Can you help me?
