The issue in GetHuman-elisecas's own words
I had several items in my shopping cart but didn't have the $ at the time to order the items, so I left them there. I woke up this morning to my account being over $*** overdrafted because all the items in my cart were somehow charged to my card, which is a debit card and shouldn't have been able to be charged with only a few dollars in the bank! I called my bank and they said that Groupon had tried something like * times to charge my card! I NEVER authorized any of the charges, the items were just in the cart. I never went any further than putting them in the cart in the first place, I never authorized the actual purchase. Now my account is way overdrawn and I cannot use my account or my card. PLEASE HALT THIS NOW, refund the money and cancel all the items charged to me immediately.
GetHuman-elisecas did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
