Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I have I was trying to find out how to cancel that order since the item has not been shipped yet and your website told me that the deliveries going to take * days but apparently it has taken more than two days and now it's almost a month it was supposed to be delivered on June ** **** and now it's July *nd **** why is it taking that long and why haven't you guys contacted me at all to let me know what's going on I've been waiting for that bag and now I just want to cancel it and I am done with you guys this has never happened and I'm so disappointed that you guys I don't know what you guys can do for me to make me change my mind but I'm done I don't want the item anymore since it to it's taking almost a month together item and there's no points now of me getting the bag I needed it for wedding event but I didn't get the bag so I ended up going with my old bag but that's okay let me know how I can cancel. ... Hello Groupon , I have been a customer for almost * years now and my item has never been late to be delivered to me so I ordered a bag and you from your website it says the bag State status is on delivery and it was supposed to be delivered on June **th and I had to place that order on June * or * and this ship instead of said two day shipping and you guys haven't contacted me on why the shipment hasn't been shipped yet I called FedEx and they say they call you guys cuz you have the item in your Warehouse I am not going to I don't even need the item anymore so cause I was happy to have that item to me to go to an event with it but I ended up without a bag so could you call me back at ** * *** * ***. If that's the case that I'm not going to get the item anymore just cancel my order I don't need the bag anymore anyways cuz I know I've been waiting for it and I haven't got it in the bag so I shipping takes one month to ship it that's abnormal.
I am very disappointed and I just need my money back and you guys can keep the bag sincere in it hasn't left your Warehouse
I just need the item returned and I get my money back or if I can get it for free cuz I'm not going to trust the shipment anymore and I didn't takes a month to be delivered from you guys really
I have been with you guys for two years now and none of my shipments have been late but this is the first time and I'm very disappointed I don't even want the bag anymore
