Estimados Sres: con fecha ** de Abril adquiri el cupon con codigo *******L*C, con la intencion de realizar el pulido y lacado de los faros de mi coche, con anterioridad al paso por la ITV, que ya me habia indicado el a*o pasado la necesidad de realizar este pulido. Estando proxima la Revision de la ITV indicada, y atendiendo a las condiciones establecidas en el cupon, en el momento de su adquisici*n, ayer dia ** me pongo en contacto con Car Wash Cisse, sita en Centro Comercial Neptuno de Granada, en el numero de telefono *********, con una anterioridad superior a las condiciones establecidas en el cupon, en el cual se indica que se ha de solicitar el servicio con una antelacion de ** horas, pero mi gran sorpresa es cuando mi indican que solo me pueden atender mediante el cupon para el proximo ** de Septiembre, con lo que no puedo cumplir con mi objetivo para el que adquiri el cupon. Ante esta situacion me dirijo a Vdes, porque me considero estafado por esta empresa, ya que no se atienen a las condiciones establecidas en las que nunca indica que su uso esta condicionado a ningun tipo de ddisponibilidad de fechas por alguna circunstancias en especial. Ante esta situacion les agradeceria que me fuese reeembolsado el importe del mencionado cupon por importe de ***,**€ y tomen las medidas que consideren oportunas ante esta estafa que esta realizando la empresa Car Was Cisse. Quedo a la espera de sus noticias. Atentamente Rafael Morales Varon.
