Use my groupons ... My wife and I both bought a Groupon for caesars*Palace in Vegas. One was for a daybed and the other was for * reserved lounge chairs and * drinks. We were trying to book the daybed and the lounge chairs separately for different days. Caesars has no idea how to process or honor the groupons. The Groupon says to call ** hrs ahead to reserve it. We did that and caesars pool staff said they don’t take reservations over the phone anymore it’s all done online. I tried online and when you try and enter the Groupon code- it doesn’t work. I give up. I’ll never buy groupons for caesars again. I’m out money on both Groupons. *My name is Steve DeSantis. My email is H*****@***.com. No clue what to do with the Groupon. They don’t know how to use it. Would not let us book our daybed or reserve our chairs.
I’d like to be refunded for both groupons. I can’t use them and I paid for them.
I’ve used Groupon forever and never had an issue like this.
Several different pool staff at Caesars- no one knew what to do or wanted to help.
